I am sorry you didn't get any answer. I have been noticing that nowadays even call a tier 2 agent sometimes doesn't help. They give a different excuse every call.

but another person pd july 11 try and got an email that it will get news by feb 05
 
do you guys know why I wasent able to place a time enquiry

I130 Approved Today in the mail . So happy all that waiting is over now.  i am just wondering how long would it take for the nvc process.Does anyone know the next steps in detail.

Approval notice states:
 
 
"The above petition has been approved.  As the petitioner requests, we have sent the petition to the US Dep.... NVC, 32 Rochester Ave, Portsmouth, NH.... The NVCprocesses approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action.  It also determines which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete the visa processing.  The NVC will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.
 
The NVC will contact the beneficiary of this petition with further information about immigrant visa processing steps.
 
You should allow a minimum of 30 days for the US Department of State processing before contacting the NVC...."
 
 
 
 
Question: Does this mean the petition is now sent to NVC? Or is this standard reply? I am afraid Texas takes a long time to send petition to NVC. Does anyone know ways to expedite this process?

Hello, am new to d thread am a july filer, Texas. Priority date 7th. Waiting for my NOA2. Glad to be part of u.

Nothing yet but my husband had an appt with their local office in California via infopass on Dec 22nd 2016&was told we will hear from them within 30days.

So am I reading this right?? The Nebraska center is sending out NOA2 already? A coup,e have posted that. I’m Texas service center......and it looks like they’re processing June 12 right now...so us at the TSC maybe one month away from starting to receive our NOA2

I only can advice you to have a little more of patience...

it is already December 2017. Who would have thought... I saw a June 28th approval at the Texas Service Center in our June 2017 group on VJ. It was not an expedited case. 
 
I have a feeling there is a certain randomness to it. Some May filers are still waiting but we begin to see the first June filers getting an approval or response.
 
How are you guys doing? Have you guys started to prepare the next NVC stage? Which documents did you gather?

Hello everyone, so excited to report that my I-130 has been approved. NOA 1: 2/16 NOA 2: 11/27

My petition was approved without the website being updated. 

NOA1: 5/19
NOA2 approval: 11/18
NOA2 letter: 11/25

The only good news is that uscic doesn't really have a pattern you can get pick out the lot and get an early date but the odds are stock against that .
