Yes it is 864a thank you! I do have the transcripts but not the W2 for her. Thank you so much for this information. The family is on vacation so was worried. Knowing that the transcripts will suffice helps alot!

Based on your question, your uncle's Tax filling was joint (H/W). He needs to fill up I 864 and her wife I 864w  They need to send both W2 (H/W) since the income was combined.

Thank you so much for your help. We did send in the 864 and 864w but i was unsure about the W2’s since I cannot find hers and don’t remember if I even sent her W2 forms. Thanks again, I will ask for them from her.

i have a question regarding the Affidavit of Support. My uncle is providing support documents. My question is that do I only need his W2 form or do I also need his wife’s W2 forms as well?

All of you going for fingerprinting take your passport size photos. They didn't mention it in the documents to bring but asked for them at the counter. We got the fingerprinting done in Delhi.

When applying for the appointment for fingerprint scans, they ask for the visa category. Which one does the spouse fall into? IR1 or CR1?

Please kindly let me know if you could open this spreadsheet you could see from case complete to the interview date. Hope this helps to see your embassy consulate to compare the length of time.

Depends how busy the embassy you’re going to for interview is. Generally interviews are scheduled last/first week each month. So depending on which embassy you might hear something end of this month. Always a possibility of a cancellation and you get an earlier slot. There’s no exact science to it 😜

We just got the email today of being case completed and we are in line for interview. I checked the Ceac website and it still says AT NVC. How long does the Nvc take to schedule an interview?

We got petition approved february 14, reached NVC in April and we got case complete after ONE DAY! We submitted online at CEAC. We are case complete 30/04/2018 and waiting for an interview date in london embassy.

Thank you so much for your reply and Congratulations on being case complete. We are a non-pivot case. Good luck struck me after posting here last night. Our case got qualified i got a email from NVC today. So now we are in line waiting for the Interview!

So timeline now is cc on 5/8/2018. Good luck everyone!!!

i was wondering where everyone is from the June 130 filer. For us:-

Noa1- june 22 2017

Noa2- jan 8 2018

Reached NVC - march 8 2018

Got case number- march 19 2018

Non-pivot case so mailed everything after paying all the fees: april 18 2018

Since then havent heard back from NVC. Anyone in a similar timeline?

We submitted our documents to NVC on 18 April. And the Ceac website shows ‘At NVC’. When should i expect to hear from NVC? When should i start calling them? 

We are a non-pivot case.
