This long road is coming to a end, wifes interview has been scheduled for May 2.   This has been one long road through this process, the ups and downs and the waiting.  But will be over soon.

After almost 5 weeks, got the NVC case # today.  USCIS approved Jan. 2, received at NVC Feb.9th, case # March 14th.

Someone here has gotten a RFE before? How long did your case got to be approved after sending it?

Mine was approved about 3 weeks after returning the RFE.

Just called NVC today, as it has been over 2 weeks since they received our case.  Still saying they received on Feb. 9th but going to take longer to get in the system.  Said was turned over to a supervisor to check into and could take up to 6 weeks.  You have to be kidding me. 

Got the email this morning that USCIS has finally sent our case to the NVC, approved 01/02/2018

Just for a matter of curiosity, is the petitioner a us citizen or permanent resident? I from August and I want to know more or less how long I will be waiting.

Wonderful news today.  Got the approval letter in the mail for our I-130 today.  PD date 06/28/2017 

Just got email/text today asking for RFE.  Received date June 28, 2017,  At least they finely got to it.  Just wait for the letter to come and see what they want sent back at this point.
