I have managed to schedule an interview on 15th of February today. Were only 2 available dates for me  15th February and March 29th 

Just sceduled interview appointment in US Embassy in Moscow.. Just 29 of March    the earliest possible date. Just 10 slots.

Finally!!! Interview scheduled for 10th of Jan!

uscis will be working on Tuesday..

Just got case number, finally! NOA2 is Nov 1

I called yesterday (NOA2 Nov 1) and was told to wait a couple of days.

POE at LAX was swift and easy. The only question he was asked was if we had set a date yet! Took all of 30 minutes! 
We are the happiest (and very jet lagged)! Best wishes to everyone one here! 

Omg! It's midnight here, just got home from work with NOA2 in the mail! No update on the USCIS website, no email alert, never showed up on the scans! Notice date is 12/04/17! I'm so excited and surprised. I feel like it's happening, finally, for the rest of us!

i got my # today... called them 2x, 6weeks and 1 day

I called them today - approval date is November 1. Same old story - wait for 6 weeks and then call us again. When will it finish???

How May filers, Junie here. Forgive me if I'm telling you information you already know, but I spoke to a tier 2 who told me 'I think uscis sends approvals to nvc once a month, that's why some people wait a few days and others a few weeks. That's my understanding but I'm not sure.' I don't know if this is common knowledge or even correct but thought I'd share.

All that yelling I did here on Monday must have done some good because I FINALLY received our approval today, day 203.
 
The apps are not showing any change for me, they still show received, but I have the noa2 in hand, dated 12-4 (my bday). My informed delivery message wouldn't load all day, and finally loaded around 3:30pmEST. Couldn't wait to get home, skype with my honey, and open the letter.
 
On to the next wait at NVC. I won't pretend that the wait at NVC doesn't concern me in the same way the delays for noa2 did, but at least I know we are moving in the right direction. Hopefully this means that some of you who also haven't gotten any updates on the app/in the scan DO have an noa2 coming your way very very soon! Check your mailboxes!

U.S. consulates in three Russian cities will resume interviews for nonimmigrant-visa applicants next week, less than four months after those operations were suspended following Moscow's order for deep cuts in U.S. diplomatic staff.
In a statement on December 4, the U.S. Embassy in Moscow said the consulates in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, and Vladivostok "will begin to offer limited interviews for nonimmigrant visas" on December 11.

Was approved on November 1st. Call NVC every day after 2 weeks of waiting - no luck. The same answer - it can take up to 6 weeks....
