Can anybody tell how long it takes for us to start calling nvc if the got my package from uscis because what I see in the approval letter says approved March 2 And it get to my wife on March 7

Not getting RFE dose it mean we get approved before those that got RFE?.because getting a REF means they have picked up your file to work on it and and they prove the officer saw did startify him so he need more

I have been coming here everyday alot getting information, it help me alot I am March 16 filler and here is the hope I have for us follow March fillers.
My wife called uscis and she spoke with tier2 And he said March fillers should be getting something in the mail by December to early January...and this morning uscis notiftcation update March 1 RFE...the storm is almost over people
