Hello everyone,

I am US Citizen and i would like to petition for my sister and brothers and  i have couple questions regarding to application.

1- I need to submit  I-130 for each brothers and sisters correct?

2- Other than I-130 and their birth certificate and my naturalization certificate? Do i need to submit anything else?

3-  My brothers have kids do i need to submit anything for them particularly? or just filling out I-130 for my brother is enough?

anything else i need to be aware? or missing?

they do usually accept 1040 tax returns. I think you can signed up online on IRS web site and request transcripts.

Is RFE is saying particularly for tax transcripts or just says "latest documents" i think you should be OK sending W2 and 1040 Returns for 2017.

it usually takes around 10 days or so mail to arrive. If you dont get it by end of the weekend  just call USCIS and talk to Tier 2 officer so they can look up your case.

just be patient a little bit more. Sometimes officers needs to get approval from their supervisor and that takes time. Usually pretty quick but sometimes little bit longer. Just wait 30 days then schedule an infopass with the local office to see what is going on.

honestly i don`t know what would happen. i believe they need waiver approval before they can adjudicate your case completely.  You can request postponement of the interview, procedure should be on the interview letter. You can certainly could go to interview and explain your case and see how it goes but maybe it is better you consult a lawyer that has more experience with waiver cases.

did you get approved in your interview? dont overthink about it. If the officer did not ask then you are OK. If you did not get approved yet there is a chance they may ask again for medical if its over a year.

send whatever you have upfront and collect more evidence until the interview so you can give them enough time to review your existing paperwork  and present any new evidence you have during the interview.

i think it is great they issued you 10 year card but i don`t know whether it is mistake or not.  You can schedule an appointment with the local field office to see what they say just in case.
