  1. Hello everyone,

I am US Citizen and i would like to petition for my sister and brothers and  i have couple questions regarding to application.

1- I need to submit  I-130 for each brothers and sisters correct?

2- Other than I-130 and their birth certificate and my naturalization certificate? Do i need to submit anything else?

3-  My brothers have kids do i need to submit anything for them particularly? or just filling out I-130 for my brother is enough?

anything else i need to be aware? or missing?

Thank you for your help and time.

Hi everyone. My current immigration status is J1 Out of Status. My husband (USC) and I decided to just file my paperworks ourselves than hiring a lawyer to save money.

After reading a couple of topics in this site, we've gathered the forms to be filed below:

    • Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
    • Form I-130A, Biographic Information
    • Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
    • Form I-864, Affidavit of Support
    • Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record
    • Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization (optional)
    • Form I-131, Application for Travel Document (optional)

    Questions:

    1. Can somebody check if we miss anything? or if you can share the link with the complete list of updated forms to be filed would be very much appreciated.
    2. Can I send them all in one package?
    3. For I-693, Should I wait until USCIS requests the medical exam report? OR do I need to submit it with the rest of the forms?

    thanks!:D

do you have J1  2 year home country requirement? Did you need to obtain "no objection letter" for 2 year home country requirement?

  8. honestly i don`t know what would happen. i believe they need waiver approval before they can adjudicate your case completely.  You can request postponement of the interview, procedure should be on the interview letter. You can certainly could go to interview and explain your case and see how it goes but maybe it is better you consult a lawyer that has more experience with waiver cases.

Hello to all :) may I ask if anyone knows how to check if the aos pocket was already in the hand of the uscis.  We've sent our pocket may 29, 2018 the tracker package says that it was sent already may 31 however until now while my husband check his bank book the 1225 is not yet deducted.  Kinda worried about this.  Have someone encountered this as well?
