My NOA2 came through on 12/16/17 and my case was updated online as Case Forwarded to Department of State 01/19/18. It seems they are taking about a month to send stuff to NVC.

The person I talked to at the NVC said it takes upto six weeks for them to receive it from USCIS and another two weeks for them to assign a case number. My plan is to call NVC again this week and find out if they received it, if not call USCIS to fin out when or if my case was sent to NVC like someone suggested. When they have a case number assigned, we can give them our email addresses so our correspondence could be through email...anyone else, correct me if I am wrong about any of this info

Oh okay! I will do that! Thank you!  They think weeks and months are nothing... Especially when you're newly weds, with jobs and responsibilities.. Living in two different countries, with time differences..it is so hard... This group has been so helpful to me!

    NOA2 01/04/2018
Got the letter in mail from TSC, no RFE's..Thank God! I am ecstatic but I know there's still more waiting!
I got the same letter as rajtpd..is the next step to call NVC in a week or two to get the case number/IIN..ive been reading the guides but I am not sure if it is all updated information! When they say the NVC is going to contact the beneficiary, are they going to mail my husband something? I am askig because my husband lives in Dubai and their mail system is fully p.o.box dependent

IR1: If you two have been married for more than two years by the time your husband enters US on immigrant visa, it will be considered IR1 and he will get 10 year GC.
CR1: If you two have been married for less than two years when your husband enters US on immigrant visa, it will be considered CR1 and he will get 2 years conditional GC.
Yours will probably fall under CR1 since you just got married.
G32A is not needed at all. Form i-864 is not needed now, it will be required later on with NVC once USCIS sends your approved case to NVC.
For evidences of bonafide marriage, send as much as you can including proof of travel to meet each other, any communication correspondence, wedding and other photos, joint bank account if available)

Use the address of UAE since he is residing there.

His birth certificate is not needed during i-130, it will be needed during NVC phase.
