My fiance called uscis to ask about our case the lady answered him that he needs to wait 3 more weeks and they can't do anything about it,but then 3 hours later,my fiance recieved an approval notice from the mail lol..finally we got approved!!!
There has been no update from the app/website.June 27th filer here!

Mail received 1-17-18Prayers for all those still waiting..

There is no Texas Service Center for K-1
99.99% of K-1's are worked out of CSC. California.
Texas is just the lock box where all petitions are sent and forwarded to various SC.
There is a June 2017 k-1 group though

Yes for the I-129 petition, Is it ok to turn in a certification of under process and a copy of petition for changing of 1st name?

im currently changing my name in my BC and my fiancee wants to file a K1... does the petitioner (my fiancee) needs my BC? If so can he use a certification of under process from city hall since my docs is still in the process or does it has to be the new revised BC?
Replies would be greatly appreciated
