I saw a couple of RFEs with today's date..
maybe someone is working over time at USCIS?

It is the service request answer, (I got one a couple of weeks ago) hopefully is good news!! Let us know!

I like to think that the approval number is at least twice per day than shown in the scan.. an extra 20 today (for example) that just didn't get updated in the tracker, but have indeed been approved...  that would leave may 1st with only 80 cases left... only because if this scan is 100% accurate it would take them another month (assuming 20 approvals per day) just to get to May 4th.. (my received date).. and that just seems way too much.. even for USCIS..

hehehe, past post state that it gets updated around 2 am. So you can check early in the morning and expect no changes until the next day.

I had a dream last night that my phone made a weird noise and it was a push notification telling me my case got approved I started screaming like crazy!!

WE GOT APPROVED!!
my fiance called half an hour ago, tier one refused to transfer him to tier two, said all tbe march 1st stuff and that we are in normal tine process, and that there wasnt anyone else to talk to!!!
 
he tried to call again, and whsn he checked our status on the authomatic thing on the phone, it said approved! Like 5 mins later!!!!!
 
We facetimed abd I CRIED SO HARD, he told me the news on tbe video chat.. guys immso happy I cant believe it, it finally happened!???

I agree with @amw_  Interesting but I believe is bad advice.
You have to be careful with lawyers... at the end of the day you are the one who loses, not them...
Not long ago I met with my mom's lawyer who said I should go into the US with my tourist visa and get married (regardless of the two year rule)
I felt that was wrong so I consulted another lawyer who not only said that was stupid AH without a waiver.. but that even with a waiver a K1 visa would be a better option than entering with a B1 and AOS...
at the end of the day is your decision who to trust...

there is a May 1st received date that got an RFE on Sept 13..  So May cases may not be lost in limbo!!  I hope...
