  2. 18 Days since my fiance's interview, we were asked to submitted additional proof of relationship( 221g ) 221G email came on July 3 2017. Submitted it July 10. USEM received it on July 12. My case created for Application Received yesterday, then went to Administrative Processing in a few hours. I guess the only thing we can do now is WAIT...

    The last update is today.

my fiance got interviewed last june 20 and got 221g too ( asked for additional proof of relationship )  .  Submitted the evidence on July 10. Case was updated yesterday. I've been told that it will take 2-3 weeks. Some are longer. Keep us posted with your journey, id like to see how 221g processing goes with your case.

I do not have an approval number actually. Only the WAC number that hasn't change. It is all they have asked me up to now. I guess when they receive it and see it in the systems they might ask for the DOB before giving me any information. The only additional info I have is the A number.

Did you call them and asked for A number?. Our case is ready for interview and still haven't receive the approval notice. Im a little worried that they might ask for the approval notice or A number.

NOA2 or even RFE'S I think, show the alien number assigned to the beneficiary. I don't think that's a big thing, but you are supposed to use it on your i134 and don't know if other documents or forms like the DS160. Sorry, not at that stage yet, so playing by ear here a bit.

Well , i know Alien number is Green Card number, I dont use green card because I filed my petition for my fiancee as a Citizen of US. So instead of Alien number, i got my Naturalization number, which is not a problem.

Question: did you get your alien number too? We need that for the affidavit of support and it usually shows in your NOA2. For my Embassy you are not allowed to schedule your interview (that you also need to have scheduled before making an appointment for the medical) until after you have sent all the paperwork to them, including the i134...

Ugh! Just overhinking how frustrating is for them not to do things properly. But hey, big news for you :)

Alien number? All I know about alien number is the number of you Green Card, right?

Yes this is too much!!! :(

    NOA1 January 17th

We are on 127 days now.

We emailed the Senator last week but we haven't get any response yet. We called CSC talked to Tier 2 officer, and he said our case still not been assigned to any officer yet :(

They said average processing dates are dec-15 now. But that's just average

    Try calling NVC

hi - i am not sure i totally understand the logic of "( May 23, 2017 minus March 31, 2017 is 53 days )". The date March 31, 2017 is just the date they updated this table and has no correlation to the actual dates they are processing imho. the dec 15, 2016 date just means they have no more untouched cases older than dec 15.

Well, i check this table once a week and they recently updated it ( im not sure when but it was this week ) So the date " March 31, 2017 " is not when they update the table.. It stated there that the " Processing cases as of Dates: " is December 15, 2016 under I-129F (K1 Visa). If you read closely, you just have to add and subtract, well I hope it's that simple, but then again, it's just my own opinion. I wonder what's going on over there. ( January 23 2017 filer here )

  9. Hey guys, If you can take a look at this timetable. It says on the top that Field "" Office Processing Dates for California Service Center as of: March 31, 2017 ""

K1 Visa Processing Cases As Of Date: is December 15, 2016.

We are at May 23, 2017

    ( May 23, 2017 minus March 31, 2017 is 53 days )

    December 15, 2016 plus 53 days is February 6, 2017....

So are they saying they are processing February filers now ?

Please correct me if im wrong. Any ideas guys?
