Check status on the CEAC website, once it shows ISSUED it can be another 5-9 days.

And you have to of course bring it to the interview. The CO will definitely be aware of the checklist from NVC and will ask for the form. 

You do not need to pay anything at the embassy. Once your visa is approved and you have it in hand, you can pay the Immigrant Fee (Green card fee which is $220). You can pay it either before or after you enter the US, but USCIS encourages immigrants to pay it before.

We re-sched our interview from Aug 17 to Oct 6 the reason why is coz I need to undergo another test for my medical w/c is sputum.  My sputum is negative but still need to wait for culture test. 6 weeks to wait more till i find the test result.

Waiting on the result of my fiancee's sputum smear test today. I am sure it will be negative, and confident that her 2 month sputum culture test results will be negative, too.
I was curious about how accurate the smear test is. In other words, if it comes up negative, how accurately does it predict a negative sputum culture test (no TB)? If if the smear test is positive, how accurately does that predict a positive culture test (TB)?
Well, I found one set of answers here from just one study smear test accuracy
It turns out that the smear test is very good at prediction when the smear is positive. A positive smear turns into a positive culture in about 96% of cases (at least in that study). Positive smear = you almost certainly have TB.
The smear test is pretty good (but not very good) at prediction when the smear is negative. In that study a negative smear correctly predicted a negative culture test result 84% of the time. If you have a negative smear, you likely don't have TB. But it is a possibility, of course. This chance of you actually having TB even though your smear test is negative depends on many factors. For example, do you have the symptoms of active TB (persistent cough, night sweats, fatigue, etc.)? If you do have TB symptoms and your smear is negative, then the possibility that your culture will turn up positive is higher than someone who does not have TB symptoms.
By the way, positive culture results usually show up in the first 30 days or less. Every day you don't receive a call after 30 days increases the likelihood that you don't have TB. Bottom line, go with the flow. If you have TB, you will be cured after 6 months of treatment. That is good, right? TB can kill you if it isn't treated. Regarding AOS wet signature.. For us, it says it's ok to bring a copy of the signature for the AOS form.   Please look out for this on your p4 letter if in doubt!!

You already submitted certain forms and documents to NVC. At your visa interview, you must give the
consular officer the original version of each civil document you submitted plus one photocopy for each
person applying for a visa. These original versions will be returned to you.
 The only form you do not need to bring to your interview is the Form DS-260 Application for an
Immigrant Visa. Instead, print a copy of the receipt page from ceac.state.gov showing you submitted the
form online.
 If a financial sponsor submitted an I-864 Affidavit of Support form, you must give the consular officer
a signed version. It can be a photocopy, but the signature cannot be typed or electronic.
 If you do not bring to your interview the original version of all civil documents submitted to NVC, the
consular officer will reschedule your interview.

Just giving my experience when i talked to manila embassy.
 
I called manila embassy yesterday morning to ask if I have interview date( just found out my interview date last nite)
rep told me our case not yet in their system. He told me Only i can do is to coordinate with NvC. Since our papers in their department.

Status still at NVC. AOS still gone but on that site (Fee Payment) it does show a long text above with the six steps to take at the NVC as I've seen some people mentioning here before. 
 
Hey @JBMG I'm gonna go ahead and thank you for everything you've done. The spreadsheet was amazing! It helped so much during this NVC processing, I'm thankful I got to be April filer there so I could be part of your spreadsheet. But specially thank you for taking care of people and their data and their cases even after yours was complete, it takes an special person with a great heart to do everything you've done. I pray God that there are many blessings to you in this journey to the US and to all your life. 

It took 3 business days to receive the delivery of visa after the interview.  FYI

Hi, it's up to the embassy to release their interview dates/slots..  The NVC is waiting for them, just as we're waiting for the dates from the NVC. They're our middleman..

YAY!! congrats!! Thank you for already updating the spreadsheet.   Very happy for you all!!!! YAY YAY YAY!!!! Almost there. Now the stress begins/continues.. Getting ready for the interview and getting your visas approved!!!!   Make sure you check out your consulate/embassy reviews.. To make sure you don't fall into any unfortunate situations as others have.. You don't want to get a 221g!! Continue to be proactive and do continue your research.

Ditto.. Called but didn't have our date yet. Hang in there.  It will happen soon enough for us. 
 
Was so excited to see people get their interview dates that I had to try calling last night  (5am my time 11pm at NVC). Finally 45 mins later, i got connected after already being disconnected once.. Never again, much prefer calling at about 7am.. Def much faster to connect.. But I found that sometimes we get really nice people and sometimes cranky/rude/apathetic types....  We're near the finishing line.. Just a bit more to go.. 
 
This may be true but if trends continue, based on our spreadsheet, you should  get your interview date no later than July 15th.

That's what my husband did. He did 3 forms for us. 
That's y he don't understand y NVC asking for that.
 
If u notice, what I shared on my daughter checklist NVC no question for her I-864.
Only me and my son questioned for that.
But my husband did what NvC instructed to him. He called 1st to Nvc b4 he fill up that form coz he was confused that time to that.
So he just wrOte what exactly NVC told him to do

Are they going to schedule August interview's but not July  ?

Yes better safe to carry one. I will also be carrying the exact set we sent to NVC along with 2016 tax and W2 with corresponding I864ez in original.
