I can't seem to figure out how every is tracking cases. lol its frustrating not to be able to figure it out. I have gotten to the point where my frustration of all has turned into laughing.

There are apps on the app store.  For Android I am using USCIS Case Status by Spinach Mobile and USCIS Case by Aries Software.

In that software you can put in a case number and change it to search the 100 cases before that number (or 1-5-10-20-50 cases depending on what you want. ).  The case numbers for Nebraska are LIN1790xxxxxx.  If you start adjusting the numbers after the 0, you will get different sets of cases. For example, LIN17905xxxxx is where I found the April 3 cases.  When you search, you can see a bunch that say "Case received" and the date..   if in that group of I-130's you see a "Request for Evidence was sent" the date will be different, indicating that a case from that date range had an RFE sent   (In this case, there were tons of "Case was received April 3, 2017" and a "Request for Additional Evidence was sent" on Dec 11, 2017 for one of them.  The app clearly designates that these are I-130's.  Let me know if that helps.

March 2 >>>> Sent to DoS

    March 6  >>>>> Approved

March 13  >>>>  Name Changed     (  this means either case is Approved or RFE is being sent real soon )

    March 16    >>>>   RFE Sent

    March 16    >>>>    Approved

    March 20   >>>>  RFE Sent

March 20   >>>> Sent to DoS

Hi All looks like we will get approved in March 2018. Our centre is Nebraska. I was wondering if anyone knows how long will it take to complete the entire process after the NOA2. We are planing to visit my parents in USA with my husband (beneficiary) in Aug 2018. He has already been to USA twice before we filed his I-130 and his B1/B2 is still valid. We are hoping he gets his green card before Aug 2018 so we he can travel on his green card.

Typically NOA2+1 month to get to the NVC. Once you pay the fees and submit the documents there... 8-11 weeks.... and then the interview/medical.  If the stars align and you're on top of everything... you're looking at about 4-5 months past the NOA2.

I feel sad for everyone getting rfe notices!!! But I also feel happy you was not lost in a shuffle!! Hopefully this will move you faster and please I'd love to find out if it random what they ask for or if it pacific to each case? Cuz anyway I can be prepared I'd love to know especially if I need anything from my husband because the mail from him takes forever!!!!! Each time it is sending a month in advance even for 3 days service!!!

    Definitely specific to each case.

It's sad to think this way, but I'm actually happy for those getting an RFE. Follow simple instructions (Hopefully) and know your case is ready and you'll be approved in 30-60 days.  I would take an RFE right now to know I was 60 days away from being pushed to the NVC

Yes but if they approved PD March 16 (mid-March) then they are now in that phase of adjudication, so they are (as we are speaking) adjudicating all early March petitions until mid-March.

Assuming yes..... they normally do that but there will be a handful of early March (Complex cases, high fraud countries etc) who may be left a bit longer.

I called the customer service number for Nebraska, and was told my expedited request was denied, the rep on the phone for the first time ever was so super helpful, he told me all the things the previous rep had done wrong, and so he resubmitted it and this time he put more details in and chose 2 categories that the request would fall under. I asked him if it was even touched, he said all he could tell me is it was being worked on. For all I know it has been with an officer since May being worked on. I just have to keep the faith.

Good luck.  I called this morning and was told it's being reviewed and next week they should either give me a denial, an approval, or a fax number for the evidence.

No need to panic. I said....somewhere before.. it seems like they once over the files... issue all of the CLEAR rfe's they can and then the approvals start rolling. About 2 weeks ago we had a bunch of RFE's for early march, followed by a bunch of approvals. Now we are seeing rfe's for the second half of March... hopefully followed by more approvals. It just means they're working them, and of course, the files clearly wrong/clearly missing something will show up first... followed by the ones not so clearly wrong/the easy approvals in low fraud countries for the lucky individuals with non-complicated cases.

or at times more than a year. They prob think the longer we are apart that we will break and divorce and then they don't have to worry about finishing the papers....I am lucky to get to see my spouse every 6 months for a few weeks at a time.

Same, the job I have was kind enough to let me go every 3-4 months for 2 weeks at a time. I'm just tired of the travel just to have to leave again.

I have heard nothing from mine, and I did it last Monday

Well I did mine the 21st and didn't hear anything until the 4th.  And even then its a "We're on it"   not an answer.
