As at yesterday the 8th of May 2020 my new card is been produced, NOA date May 31st 2019. No interview probably because I had one during my AOS.

Could it be GC or They dont send it from Chicago?

The green card is mailed from Missouri 

Just file the AR-11 online .. thats all you need to do

My Green card is approved and thus overruled the work permit I  applied for. I appreciate God and VJ for this success.

Mine took about a week before changing to interview scheduled ... MSC Service Center.
