Hey I had my interview January 22nd and was approved! Filed and of March 2018. My medical was August 2017. It never was mentioned at the interview. I filed for AOS within one year of my medical so i was ok. If you have filed for AOS within one year of receiving your medical back in your home country for the k1 visa, and you were not missing any vaccinations then you should be ok.

Anyway, my card arrived in the mail exactly a week after my interview! 🤗🤗🤗🤗 
 
Showed bank statements, phone contract, vet bill, health insurance with my husband, car membership, photos of our wedding
Wasnt asked for anything in particular,, just if I'd like to show anything to her. So I handed these.

For us it’s saying 15.5 - 23.5 months!!! 😩

Looking at your timeline, your dates are all very similar to mine as well. 😊

I think you can still bring your current medicals before having to redo it. Actually in my experience, the interviewing officer asked me whether I thought I'd need to redo mine, and I quoted the interview letter's instructions (lol), and she went with that. She did say after verbally approving my case that she would double check about the medicals and let us know if we'd have to do anything. 
Otherwise, if you're really worried you can call the USCIS customer service number. I can't remember all the directories but somewhere in this forum there's good info as to what you dial to reach an actual person!

I'm New Orleans! I filed in March 2018 and have my interview next week. 😅😬😬

No, I had a doctor check and the form filed by a doctor in my country when I filed for K1 and already submitted my vaccine form with the AoS packet. I know the medical is only valid for a year, although I know couples that weren’t asked to re submit it even when it already expired so I am not planning to give myself another vaccines unless they will ask for it, especially that the visit is quite expensive.

We were confused as well at first but it all made sense later.  I think everyone who goes through this overthink and get themselves all worked up.  The interview letter is a generic letter everyone gets so the medical examination requirement doesn't apply if you already done it within 1-yr filing the AOS and the doctor certified that you completed.  . 

The interview letter you received is a generic letter everyone gets.  No need if AOS filed within 1-year and DS-3025 checked COMPLETED.   If not completed then most likely need to redo it. Ours  expired few days at the time of the interview but IO didn't even bring it up.  Ultimately it depends what IO needs to approve you.   Just relax and wait until at the interview  if you need to do a medical.   The IO will tell you.  Most likely not needed. 

My EAD is being produced - updated yesterday. Case was received April 23rd, so I'm not an early filer in the forum. Obviously I'm happy, but it's sad and unfair that there's such a disparity in the dates being processed. Some handlers must be much further through their assigned caseloads than others, as was the case during the K1. Hang in there guys.
 
On a different note, does anybody know the rules on Advance Parole and leaving the country? I want to go on vacation with my family outside of the UK, where they live. In the application and USCIS guidance, it seems you should only be leaving for good reasons (family situation etc) matching the ones you gave on the application, but I've seen examples of people taking vacations successfully. The terms of AP remain the same, but it seems as though enforcement of the terms have relaxed as GC wait-times have increased.
 
I'm a worrier, though, so wouldn't risk it even if 99.99% of people have no problems. Can anybody shed light? Even immigration attorneys seem to disagree (see the conflicting answers given here: https://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/can-i-use-an-advance-parole-to-go-on-vacation-outs-2198005.html)
