in reality, it usually takes a week or max two weeks to send the case to NVC for most of the cases not 30 days .They send my case within 3 days and i know few others within 7-10 days

Getting AOS bill email is not that important, as long as website let you pay the bill. Make sure to print out document cover from  both AOS and IV payment portal. You will need that. Once you have all the document covers, you can send all documents to NVC

No. You don't have enter anything on #3.As it mentioned on the form that you cannot count same person twice.

Normally they have two document cover: one for AOS and one for IV.I have put AOS document cover & Check list cover from welcome letter with all financial documents and IV cover& Check list cover from welcome letter with all supporting documents. Then put them in a big envelope and mailed it. if you miss one of document cover (AOS or IV), who knows, they might thought all documents belong to one group (either financial or Supporting) and claimed that they were missing documents

Now it is taking 11 weeks after scan date to review documents and if everything is ok then you will get CC. Time of interview may varies country to country. You can check other VJ member's of your country to get an idea about interview time frame.

I am not a lawyer, but if I was you I will get one from Spain and have it just in case they asked to take to the interview

Have you filled out G-1145 form for email notification? if you do, you will get email notification regarding your approval and as well as welcome letter from NVC long before you get you hard copy in mail. Normally that should be sufficient to start NVC process. During DS-261(Choice of agent), if you want, you can choose your US address so that everything comes to your US address. But honest with you so far, i didn't have to rely on hard copy of any mail for any steps, i was able to do everything based on my email copy. Hopefully this helps.

But make sure that both your wife and your joint sponsor signed on the forms, otherwise you might get check list from NVC

Congrats. My situation is opposite .I have received email and text confirmation (USCIS website also updated as well) about approval but have not received the NOA2 letter yet. Today got another email saying that they have send my case to NVC today

Just got text and also checked in USCIS website that my I-130 is approved

Congrats dude....My PD is Jan 26th...hopefully soon will hear the good news !!
 

I just called NVC again and I was informed that I don't need to send in translated copies of birth certificate.
Maybe your case is different if your interview will not be in Bangladesh?
