Then in your AKA it should be your previous married name and also you need to still fill up the name of your ex husbands on the form......i only got 1 NBI CLEARANCE in that same format....you should not leave any blanks on the clearance.....

Correct.  As long as both names are shown on the NBI you are good to go.

Hi, I am not sure anymore how the NBI application form look like. i'm not sure if it asked about my ex husband's info. I went to NBI office for my clearance , so I was able to asked what to do with my situation with the people in charge there. Yes they will give you (2) two NBI Certificates, since you have used two names. Good luck!

I think that's correct. Mine appears " Travel Abroad" . But that works too.
 
I still have my NBI copies with me now which were taken in year 2013. I have the 2 lower half part of the pages which is my personal copy . One with my married name on it with the civil status of "annulled" and the other one with my maiden name on it with the civil status of "single". I guess they will give you 2 copies of NBI( maiden and married name). My name was a HIT so I had to wait for little more time, for it be released.

Yes you are annulled so every occurrence that your status is asked for, that is the answer/condition.  Annulment is an answer just like if you were married, single or divorced.

And don't forget you need to get a CENOMAR from PSA

NBI CLEARANCE (USEM requires Green Form). Applicants aged 16 years and older must have a valid Record Clearance (purpose: for travel abroad) from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Clearances should be in the applicant’s current name, birth certificate name, maiden name and any aliases or nicknames used, including different spellings you have used of those names. 
 
So yes your NBI clearance does require searches be done on every named used including annulled names.
 
 

HEY! .. let's turn it around here lol, posts have been tilting negative. We're right in time frame to start seeing some early April approvals. I can't imagine the work load these employee's must have at USCIS. Every day stacks and stacks of stories, pictures .. incomplete files .. my lord I wouldn't want to do it. Our approvals will come ... maybe not in our time ,,, but they will. I always love the weekends, days seem to tick away so lets see where we are at on Monday. Maybe we're up! I am having one of those days too man ... really stressing, worrying about everything, so I need some good positive stuff ... come on with it ya'll! Yes I am southern and yes ya'll is a word!

I saw online that there is a terrorist attack  somewhere in San Bernardino, CA it was a girl who pretend to be a k1 filer. Idk which country but it's connected to Part of Iraq. I this was 2013 so he just opened the issue again even if its done.

I'm on day 91 today. Hopefully we April filers will get good news this month.

Wanted to state for those who don't believe they are touching April cases. We filed an expedite request and they couldn't approve it because they were already doing our background checks. (We finally got someone at uscis to explain what the response meant.) we hope to hear in the next week or two either way.
