    That screenshot was from one of the members in our Group Chat in FB, I guess, USCIS app for smartphone.

    I checked mine and it says, Case Was Received, hehehe. No update yet. But knowing that some of the Aprilites, received an update, it is quite good though. Only means our time or turn will be soon. :)

    I see. I am still in the waiting game for NOA2. I have heard being put on 221g those who were Annulled because of their NBI. That us why I asked, so I can perpare my NBI correctly and would not be put under 221g.

    No need for me to get 2 different NBI's, with which the:

    1st set is Maiden name, Status: Single, AKA:married name &

    2nd set Married name, Status: Annulled, AKA: blank.

     

    Am I right?

    Is this the way it should be?

    Name: Current Name

    Status: Annulled

    AKA: Married Name

     

    Or I should get two different sets?

    The other one is:

    1st set

    Name: Current Name

    Status: Single

    AKA: Married Name

    2nd set

    Name: Married Name

    Status: Annulled

    AKA: blank

     

    Please advised me.

    I still have my NBI copies with me now which were taken in year 2013. I have the 2 lower half part of the pages which is my personal copy . One with my married name on it with the civil status of "annulled" and the other one with my maiden name on it with the civil status of "single". I guess they will give you 2 copies of NBI( maiden and married name). My name was a HIT so I had to wait for little more time, for it be released.

    I see. So I will secure 2 sets of NBI to be sure.

    1. Maiden name, status:single,  AKA:previous name

     

    2. Married name, status: annulled, AKA: "blank". Do I need to fill up the Husband i formation field?

    Purpose: Travel abroad

     

    Please verify so I know what to fill up the infirmation for 2 NBI's.

    So yes your NBI clearance does require searches be done on every named used including annulled names.

    Hi guys,
    Good day. 
    To all ladies who were annlled and now in US and ladies who able to passed their interview, may I ask how did you do your NBI? How did you tagged your status, is it Single or Annulled? And in AKA field, what did you put?

    Please help me, I believe their were who got 221g because of their NBI.

    That's right, it's not possible to predict. Like the previous helpful poster said, sometimes the same website users see RFE for IMBRA regulations while other members don't. I suggest you just prepare the terms & conditions right now along with the email response from the website to confirm/deny IMB status. That way if there is an RFE coming, you'll be prepared to answer quickly.
