@Estibaliz yes it will be shorter. question for you. for the NVC i have to call and get the case number?? I know the number has been posted a thousand and one times but since i was still waiting to get approved i never wrote it down. what is the number we call for NVC?

So i have been waiting patiently seeing all these approvals and interviews being scheduled. But finally got my NOA2 i was surprised to see it because i check my Informed delivery everyday and had not seen anything was going to be delivered. but when i walk into my house I had a nice present waiting for me. On to the next step!! I have no words to describe how i am feeling finally having this notice on hand!!

I think that they are working on April 5th because i just got a whole bunch of RFE's notification for this date. Whoever got those RFe's hope its something that can be done quick and u get ur approvals fast!!!
But bright side they are working on April 5th!!! Its getting closer! Yayyyyy

So......the VJ's website once again pushed the processing date back to March 31st.
This wait is driving me insane. i feel so sad and down. its like we are almost there but they keep pulling the string away from us. 
But anyways i guess the wait will be worth it at the end. Happy Tuesday everyone!!

@Chris&Princess i was about to post the same thing. March filers are being approved. Which means we are getting sooo much closer!!! i have a trip coming up to go see my baby!I,m so excited! At least this will help with the time and making it go a little quicker. hopefully when i get back we just have to wait a couple of weeks to hear back with our approved status.!!!
We are getting so close!! praying for the best

Does any one know what type of visa the K1 applies for? just wondering since eventually we need to apply for it. That is soooo confusing. lol Is it a nonimmigrant visa or an immigrants visa?

I am also a April filer. I shipped my application on 4/5 thru UPS. I got my NOA1 text/email on 4/12 hard copy on 04/17 . I'm super excited and going a little bit crazy. lol i'm not a patient person and i can't stop thinking about the wait we have. I have become addicted to checking the USCIS website to check the "my case status" and checking the processing times (even though it barely ever changes). I know there's not going to be a change for a couple of weeks but that doesn't stop me from checking. lol
Want to wish everyone on the April filers GOOD LUCK!!!
