Wrong. Good for one year. https://vn.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/required-documents/
From U.S. Embassy, linked above: "Original Justice Record Check #2: Must be issued within the past year by the Department of Justice office in your district of official residence for each beneficiary age 16 and over."

I hope u didn't take my reply as saying u are stupid.  Alot of us on here are waiting to be reunited with our loved ones.  When I see things like this (which are mistakes that didn't have to happen)I become very frustrated. I'm on here because these ppl help me get through the process and offer great advice and really educate me. I just want you to know that I wasn't trying to be mean and I'm very sorry if it came out that way. I really hope u the best😊 I also hope this process goes by fast for u. The ppl on this site are going to tell you like it is..whether it be negative or positive..but we are all here for eachother and we are here for u😉 Goodluck girl😆

Police clearance will likely be OK. I think the "running of the clock" is tolled when you file, not when you interview. We had zero problems with VN documents. Even my wife's birth certificate was accepted, and it was a ragged piece of paper that looked like it had been found in a rice paddy.

My best advice to you: Go to the interview and have copies of everything, especially financial, past marriage/divorce, and all the times you were together in VN. Go to the interview.

Its totally fine to mention Okcupid. Me and my fiance also met on okcupid and then we met in person. As far the comcern about IMBRA. Its not. You can also get a confirmation from okcupid by emailing them, it takes 3, 4 days to get a reply from okcupid. But nothing to worry about. Because if you try to hide it and CO find out that would be a lie and can jeopardize your case.

So stick with the truth and for extra safety, get the confirmation from okcupid about IMBRA by emailing them.

Attach an extra sheet and mention it at the petiton form. You have to write you whole love story with dates where and when you guys met online, in person, dates. Also attach the passport stamps and flight booking, tickets as proof.

I also met my fiance through VietnamCupid.  I emailed them and within hours, they sent a response that I will attach to our K1 application.  They provide a thorough explanation of why they are not a marriage broker.

I'm also including a short letter of explanation and the terms of service.

    Good luck! - Jason

Don't need a statement from your ex-wife and don't need a family tree or anything like that.
