Did you speak to a tier 2 officer? Because I had the same thing when I called on Monday and asked for a tracking number - the tier 1 officer didn't even see that my card was approved (dated 12/12) already so I requested speaking to tier 2. That guy told me that they had ordered card for production on Friday 12/15 but it hasn't shipped yet, that's why there was no tracking number yet he could give me, but he tole me to call back on Wednesday or Thursday to ask for a tracking number, he said in his experience it usually takes 5 days at least to ship the card after they ordered in. But then yesterday, Tuesday, I checked my USPS informed delivery page and there it was !!! the USCIS delivery scheduled to arrive on 12/22 and today it actually updated again and it is supposed to get delivered today already, 2 days early. So, don't worry about it, I'm sure your card is already on its way too!! But try speaking to a Tier 2 IO if you haven't done that already, the one I spoke to was really nice, and he should be able to give you more info. Good luck to you!

Hi Mimo Could You Please Give Me The Number  You Called To Get In Touch With The Tier 1/2 Officer??

    Thank You

I received my EAD/AP approval notice this weekend!!! According to USPS the card is going to arrive on Friday, December 22!! What a great Christmas present :) I'm so happy. My PD is October 30 and got it approved in only 42 days after expediting it with a job offer and getting my congresswoman involved as well. The expedite process was super confusing and stressful but in the end it worked and it was worth it! I encourage everyone to do the same if you have a job offer or other expedite reason and don't stop calling USCIS and your congressional representatives !!! It will work out!! Happy to offer more insight on my expedite as well, this forum has been such a huge help for me, so I would love to help with my experience as well. Good luck to everyone still waiting on their approvals (or apparently case trackers to work!!) I know the tracking system is a total mess and mine never updated, but I still got the approval, so don't worry about the case tracker. My congresswoman actually told me that the online status is useless so I should not worry about it at all, and neither should you! You'll get yours soon too!!

    Congrats 🎉

Quick Question How Did You Received Your Approval For EAD/AP Since The Case Tracker Isn’t Updating ??

    Via Text Message Or Mail?

    Hey Everyone,

Just an update as promised, I received my EAD/AP combo card in the mail today. So very quick from when I received the NOA2s this Saturday (12/09). It has at the bottom of the card "Serves as I-512 Advanced Parole", you get a little information sheet about using the card for AP and a little pocket to store the card in also. Picture is in black and white and your fingerprint is also on the card :)

The letter that the card is attached to tells you to keep the notice should for any reason you need to extend or replace your card, you submit the notice the card came on and it will "speed your application".

    Yay! Congrats 🎊

We got mail for RFIE for the I-864. I understand most of it. My question is the part that says: Form I-864 was not signed by the petitioner/sponsor. The petitioner/sponsor must sign and return Page 9 of Form I-864. Does that mean that we only need to print and sign page 9 or do the entire form over?

To Be On The Safe Side I Would Do Over The Entire Form With a Cover Letter Addressing What The RFIE Asked For and Ensuring Each Page Is Sign including Where The Sponor Has To ( Page 9) .

    All The Best!

Guys! Did my biometrics today in Detroit ASC.

I saw so many people coming in around 9.40 and I was almost sure there had to be somethine else happening like a naturalization ceremony and I was right!

Hubby was amazed at how many different people/nationalities were present. I felt such happiness for everyone as I know they are at the end of their (visa) journey.

Anyways, the room where they do the biometrics was practically empty, only one case before me and two workers so I was admitted right away and was out the door by 9.50 and my appointment was originally at 10!

Everyone was extremely nice so Michigan people, you're in luck!

    Nice!

Walked in for biometrics appointment today. I didn't even had to explain why I wanted to do or earlier. The office was completely empty.

Also went to the DMV try to get a DL, they did not accept the i797c, even though I had called ahead of time and was told they would accept it.

    Reporting from Kansas City-MO.

Great, you got Thur with the Biometrics Yes they didn't accept my I 797c as well...

I just read this question posted by someone else but I don't really have an answer so I thought I might ask here.

Did you guys leave blank spaces on things not applicable to you, for example family members immigrating with you or anything like that.

Or did you put N/A everywhere?

I'm kinda freaking out because I just sent my application in yesterday and I left everything blank.

I left mines blank if not applicable, & placed None as instructioned which I think were one or two of them.

But for my K1 application my husband said he left them blank once not applicable  & we were still approved.

Hopefully it won’t be a problem.

Yes they still gave me back my permit which i can still use. But it's not the same as having a DL card. :/

I think it depends on the state where you live in.  California will only accept the EAD card or the approval notice from USCIS .

Some people told me that their dmv accepted with just their receipt notice (minnesota and wisconsin)

Update: Tried My Luck with My I-797C only. EAD + I 797C is needed in my state , Lol.  Gotta wait till next year to re-new my DL
