I also received and RFE today. I'm beyond stressed because I too sent all I could.
They need more proof for a bonafide marriage. My problem is we have never had joint utilities EVER. Any and all bills have been in my husband's name because the company's we were with wouldn't allow more than one person to be on the account. When we bought our house last year we just transferred the address for all of our utilities. I don't drive so I don't have a driving licence/insurance, we have no life/health insurance not since October 2019. Our home we bought we've been renting out since June to avoid foreclosure. They said the birth certificate wasn't valid that I sent for our daughter (the one we were gave at the hospital). Money has been so tight that we weren't able to apply for her birth certificate online (I've just now ordered it to send as evidence). All I can send is bank statements from 2018 when we got married to now. Our daughters birth certificate. Affidavits from our family. Apartment leases from before we bought the house (which we've provided before). Also a letter explaining the above and why we don't have joint utilities etc.
I'm so stressed, my ultimate fear is being seperated from my family and having to go back to England. I feel sick to my stomach that what I have isn't enough.
Sorry To Hear . Since you don’t have a driver license, you can also get a state identification card which has your martial name and address -which will show proof of living together. Also the house deed with both you guys name on it if you didn’t send it already. ( send it again if you have too) . Photos at the birth of your child/ birthday party ( if you have any) .

ok quick question, after you file we will get an I797 NOA saying they received our case. Will we get another paper with the 18 month extension?
Packet sent out yesterday. scheduled to arrive tomorrow so we bet the new fee.
Just one letter. The I-797 NOA will include both info of receiving your case + (18) months extension details . Next letter after that should be biometric appointment / waived letter for it.

That and they have been losing money, for everybody they waive they save $85. that could add up fast. Im just happy she does not have to give up a days work to get them done again.
Ha . Thanks much .
That’s so true. Hopefully my service center (SRC) is faster this time around .

Hey Guys !
Do you guys think USCIS will use my old biometric again? Due to , back in August 2018 I applied for EAD/AP Re-Newal they used my previous biometrics ( 9/17) for that but later in November 2018 of that year I got my GC.
- How many times do you think a previous biometric can be used?

I have a letter coming today from the Vermont Service Center that I suspect is My Bioo Metrics letter. Now the question is to waive or not to waive. Stay tuned, my mail arrives about 5 PM EST.
Biometric Letter so soon but that would be great , shows movement on the case. 👍🏽

No it is not a typo mistake. You are the petitioner and the beneficiary.
😌 Arhh Thanks so much for the clarification.

Update : Received my extension letter today.
9/1 : Sent packet off9/3: Received
9/10: money order cashed
Quick question , where it says petitioner and beneficiary is it suppose to be my name (GC holder for both) because that’s on mine. Is that a typo 🤦🏽♀️

Update : Hey guys ! Hope everyone is doing well.
I’m still awaiting my NOA 1 letter , got the text from USCIS 9/10. “Prior to COVID” I would normally get mails exactly in a weeks times proceeding any updates from USCIS. Address was change twice since my GC ( new address was updated online as required) and current address was on the application form.
Keeping my fingers 🤞🏼

I think , They will not be aware of the day that you send it in fedex. They give you the date they receive the package at the reception they give you the date that is valid as received.
And also when you check your case status it states when the application was received.

Hi everyone,
It doesn't matter when I signed the form right? Because I signed the I-751 last month so the date is the day I signed as well.
Also my 90-day starts on 11th, it will be fine if my package arrives on 13th or after right?
Thanks!
Hmm don’t quote me but I don’t think so. On my application states 8/7 I signed but my 90-Days started 8/22. Mailed my package 9/1. They received and cashed my money order. So hopefully that wasn’t an issue proceeding onwards.

Hi,
I would like to know has anyone used organizers like file fasterners to organize the document? or just used a paper clip to keep it simple?
Because I have seen some people say that using file fasteners can slow down the process, while others say it doesn't really matter
Thanks
