No, they didn't tell me that there would be a combo interview. The IO wasn't even aware that we had pending ROC when we showed up on the interview day. After telling him that we have pending ROC, he said he would do a combo interview. But my spouse wasn't invited to any of the interviews. Just me and him. 

ROC probably took 5 mins and asked me my name, spouse name, our bday, where we live, how we met.That's it. 

Just want to update you guys on my case.

CSC filer here.

I filed mid-July 2017 and status changed to New Card Is Being Produced yesterday. I filed N400 this past June and had combo interview this week. It definitely pushed it to be approved.

Thank you for replying. No...I haven't heard anything back. At the interview, it looked like the IO wasn't aware of and didn't have my I751 application. But the IO conducted the combo interview anyway and handed me the recommendation of approval letter for N400. After that, there was no update at all for N400. But the next day, my I751 updated to "Case Transferred to New Office that Has Jurisdiction". Not sure if he just requested the actual application or not. 

I had my n400 and I751 interview. Here is my experience:

I751: I brought my spouse with me but he wasn't invited into the interviews at all. Just me and the IO. It took about 5 mins. Just asked me names, DOB, how we met and when we met, my spouse's name, DOB, current address. Quick and easy. And the IO said once he approved it, I probably would receive a new card and I need to return it at the oath ceremony if approved for N400. 

N400: After confirming some identity information, we started with the civics and English test, they are all from the study book. As long as you can remember the answers from the book, then you are good to go. It took probably 10 mins and I was recommended for approval. 

I was not asked to show any of evidence that I brought in with me.

The IO was very polite, friendly and professional.

Back in March there was an update that the case was moved to a local office. Last night we got an update alert that his card was being produced   Today another update that his ROC case was approved (a little backward yes, but we'll take it). He had no interview. Same here. numbers around mine have been transferred to new office that has jurisdiction on. Mine still says received at local office. N400 interview in 2 week.

I applied N400 too. My interview is in 2 weeks. Very likely they are going to do a combo interview. I am hoping they will approve I751 right before the interview. lol

Filed mid July 2017, CSC. I checked 10 numbers around mine. Most of them have updates on Sept 15 that either they were transferred to local office (same message as in Feb/Mar or they were transferred to new office that has jurisdiction on. Mine has no update since Feb this year. And I filed N400 in June and N400 interview is scheduled in Oct.

I created this discussion for us whose online status became "USCIS Cannot Provide You with Information for Your Case, Please Contact USCIS at 1-800-......". Please share your thoughts and keep each other updated on any updates relating to your online status change. For myself, my case was actively being reviewed and 2 days ago the online status on USCIS web became that error/glitch message. But the status under my USCIS account is still the same: being actively reviewed.

Yep. Automatic answer is saying case being actively reviewed as well and so does the DHS account. Well, I hope USCIS will do some maintenance and fix this issue soon. It's frustrating.

Same here. Tier 1 is no help at all. They can't see my case status either. Tier 2 gave me a hard time.

What did the Tier 2 tell you. I was connected with a Tier 2 today. Not a nice one and was impatient. Told me that I have been updating my phone number and address 20 times on my dhs account(total bs) and my case is pending which is why it's not showing any information.

It's still showing the same message. I called Tier 1 a few times and they cant see anything either. I got transferred to Tier 2 who was not in a good mood and told me that her system is showing that I have been updating my phone number and address for like 20 times on the dhs website(not true). And then basically she just said my case has been pending that's why no info is showing...not quite following her logic.

Android. I doubled checked a few cases on USCIS web. It's all showing errors (not recognized by them). Looks like I'm all by myself.lol

One more cheat 🤣 to know what’s going on your case and other cases before you and after you, you can add lot of cases as possible .. Best you can add 50 cases number before and after your cases and you will always get notifications on their updates and yours.

You are not alone. My biometrics was done on 7/2/2018 as well and it's showing the same message. Probably a glitch or something

Nobody knows. For my situation, even for the same local field office and 1 day difference of biometrics appointment,  some people got interview scheduled within 2 weeks and some people have to wait for over a month. I have a clean background and not a common name. So, really not sure how they are doing this background check.

According to USCIS Policy Manual:

2. Spouses with Pending Petitions and Naturalization Applications

An application for naturalization may not be approved if there is a pending petition for removal of conditions. If an applicant’s petition to remove conditions is pending at the time of filing or is filed prior to the interview, USCIS will adjudicate the petition to remove conditions prior to or concurrently with the adjudication of the naturalization application. ^[6]

My I-751 is still pending filed on July 2016. I did applied for N-400 with pending 751 which was fine according to USCIS as I called them and confirmed before I filed for n400. My N-400 application was approved on time and I had interview. Something very unexpected happened. I have made 2 service request in past but have not received any reply too. Now after 15 days past from denial of n 400 interview I have received I 751 Interview letter which is in May. They have mentioned that I need to attend with my spouse and bring all proof since we filed for 751. they have mentioned in letter that the interview is going to be Video taped. I did submitted all requested proofs but still i do not know what else they need.  Can any one give me some more info about your 751 interview experience.  Thanks in advance 

Did they automatically reschedule your N-400 after your I751 was approved? What did you do to get the second N-400 interview after I-751 was approved?

That's ridiculous. They can't just take the money and deny the applicant because they are too busy.
