Any of you guys have pending I-751? My I-751 is still pending and I just read this post

We received a I-797 NOA with a receipt date of 06/08/2017 for my I-751 filing back in late May/early June 2017. and it stated the following - "Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year".

I had my bio-metrics appointment on 07/03/2017.

On 06/26/2018 i had an InfoPass appointment in Pittsburgh, PA. I had my passport stamped for 1 year from that date, so until 06/25/2019 (i did tell the lady that it's meant to be from the expiration of the GC but that did nothing.). I also asked the lady if she could see any updates on my file, she said the only update on there is when they did a national audit of all of the cases and that my application was still at Vermont Service Centre, basically untouched. So i walked out of there with my stamp basically and that's all.

 

Fast forward to today, 07/02/2018, i received a second I-797 NOA for my application that states the following "Your conditional resident status is extended for 18 months from the expiration date on your I-551, Permanent Resident Card".  The receipt date on the NOA is 06-08-2017, the same date as my original NOA..

 

What the f..? Anyone else had this?

Due to the I751 is all backed up, USCIS announced that they are sending out 18-month extension letters for cases that were still pending as of 6/11/2018(If I remember correctly). So yes, the 18-month extension letter is expected. I haven't received mine yet.

Oh, ok. thank you. Yeah, I had mine today and I was hoping it would update right away. Hopefully, it will be updated on my USCIS account tmr morning. They still haven't uploaded my biometric appointment letter online, but I finished it with the physical copy that I received through mail last week.

After your biometrics, did your status changed to "reviewed your biometrics" after your logged into your account? if it did, how long did it take to reflect under your account after you did your biometrics? I did my biometrics today, but it's reflecting that they are reviewing only through the Case Status Online Checking. Under my account, it's still saying that they scheduled my biometrics.

I checked mine through USCIS Case Status Online and it's saying that it's being actively reviewed. But when I logged into my uscis account, there is no such update (It's still saying that they scheduled my biometrics). Is it the same case for you guys as well?

For those who did early walk-in for biometrics, did all your status change to something else?

Received the biometrics appointment letter through the mail today. It's still not posted online though.

Just want to share my experience on this: 

if it's not posted, don't worry. You will receive it through the mail unless it got lost by USPS. You can also call USCIS and request to speak with tier 2 staff and she/he will be able to tell you when and where your appointment is. And according to them, they will be able to fax it to you as well if you still don't receive it as it gets close to the appointment date.

Yes, I dont think my field office is one of the busy ones. I have seen other people with busy filed offices who got notified on the same day are able to view their letters online. Some of them did walk-ins today. I'm like the only one who is not able to see...

Did yours eventually show up under the Docs tab? If it did, after how many days it showed up after you received the biometrics appointment notification?

I just got the notification this past Saturday and people who got the notification at the same time are able to see their appointment letters online already. While mine is still not there...

Frustrating. There is still nothing there under my docs for biometrics

Yes, I can't stand looking at the case snapshot because it makes it look so poorly filled out! But I filled out everything accurately and completely on the online version, so hoping that's enough.
