I really don't think they'll care whether you print in color or not.
 
We sent in two photos of us together, with a post-it note attached saying date and time and location.
 
We also sent copies of passport stamps with post-it notes attached explaining what they were.
 
Honestly, don't worry too much - if they feel like something is missing they'll send you a Request for Evidence which REALLY isn't the end of the world like some people make it out to be.

It's impossible ot say what the CO will require for evidence of income for the I-134, but I highly suggest sending everything you have - pay stubs, an employment letter, and the most recent tax return (transcript preferred, or 1040 + W2s).
 
As for proof of being an LPR, a photocopy of the front and back of the green card should suffice.

Hi. This happened to me today too. Give them a call -703-249-4628 and ask the agent to help you reschedule. They're having administrative issues. Mine was Oct 9 and is now Nov. 3. Hang in there ❤️

Hey all. Had the most frustrating thing happen today. Our Oct 9 appointment in juarez was cancelled because the Embassy is undergoing "administrative procedures". They rescheduled us for Nov 3. You guys think it's ok for him to visit now that we have a longer wait? Don't want to go that long without seeing him! He has a B1/b2 visa.

Hey friends - quick advice! We have our case number and invoice number from the NVC. We are completing the DS 160 so we can schedule our appointment. One of the final pieces is that we certify we've received a hard copy of the IMBRA pamphlet...we've not get received our packet from the embassy, but he reviewed the IMBRA pamphlet online. Should we go ahead and submit the form? 

Got the notice they're sending the RFE. Bummed but hopeful it's just a simple logistic request. Any other experience?

I'll keep you posted. Should get the info next week. Crazy because I'm actually in Mexico in the town my fiancé is from so having to coordinate from abroad is super fun. 

So today all I got was the notification they are sending it. I tried calling the USCIS customer service line and although they were super friendly, they aren't authorized to give specifics over the phone. I should get the actual physical letter next week. I'm sorry about the no news yet. It's seriously the worst wait!!

We have the same dates - 121 days since 'sent' date and their best answer is an RFE  
Be sure to keep us in the loop as the reason for the rfe

better than nothing right!! Glad to see they are working on them still...you will have to tell us what the RFE was! (if you would like to share )
