but alas I can't find it anywhere on my CEAC account :( 🤯

Can anyone help please ? 😰

I have the same exact question! Has anyone gone back to reprint the DS-260 confirmation page?

    Yes, I got it today.

    NOA2: Oct 11

    Case number received: Nov 27

    Uploaded all docs: Dec 7th

All docs except for one accepted: Dec 18th

    Resubmitted: Dec 18th

    CC: Jan 7

    Is IL the interview date?

Guys, NVC asked to put my husband’s w2s on the horizontal on dec 29th and our lawyer replied it on the very same day. Still no answer. We thought we had CC but we didn’t yet just because of this. Anyone is still pending to hear from NVC regarding a document?

Yes! I uploaded a document on December 18th in the evening. I DEFINITELY thought I would have CC by now but I still haven’t heard back. It’ll be 3 weeks tomorrow (including holidays). I’m hoping to hear back very very soon.

  4. I uploaded all documents on Dec. 6th in the late evening. I signed in to CEAC today to find that all of my documents were accepted except for my marriage certificate 😕 I uploaded the correct document right away and now I'm hoping to hear back very soon. Thankfully I saw the message on the same day it was sent because I never even received an email to check my CEAC messages 😮 Just thought I'd share for others with a similar timeline. Keep checking CEAC!

  5. Hello community,

I am starting this new topic because I am in need of some help and I'm hoping to get some answers without having to pay for someone to prepare and send my package. I filed a petition in December of 2016. The petition was approved and I traveled to attend my fiance's interview in May. His visa was denied because he had overstayed his tourist visa in 2007, but the officer told us we would be eligible to reapply in December 2017.

I am now attempting to fill out the updated I-129F form, and I'm confused about the "Multiple Filer Waiver Request Information" on page 9. I'm not sure if this is only required for those with a criminal history (I have a clean record, no arrests), or if I do indeed need to file a waiver since this is my second petition (same beneficiary). I read the I-129F instructions page which mentions a "waiver of the IMBRA limitations" and a "General Waiver." Do either of these apply to me? I added a screenshot of the instructions page below. Anybody have any experience with this? Thank you so much in advance!!5a1374ca0da60_ScreenShot2017-11-20at7_17_00PM.png.f7d626e0a8e73654a45aa2d92ea3868f.png

How soon were you able to schedule the interview. And what do I need to do after getting my NOA2?

I haven't scheduled my interview yet, but I was able to do so once the case status changed to "Ready." After NOA2, you can start to prepare your financial documents such as pay stubs, tax return transcript, letter from your employer stating your position and salary. If you have co-sponsor you'll need the same information from them as well.

Got my approval last night at 7pm! Which was a nice little post shower suprise haha. If anyone that has dealt with the US Embassy in Bogota can let me know how long it should take/how we are receiving the next bit of info?

Congrats! I received my NVC case number (by calling) exactly 2 weeks after my approval date. Some people get theirs a bit sooner/later. By the next business day the status changed from "at NVC" to "In transit." And 3 days later it was shown as READY for interview scheduling. That same day I received an email from the embassy Bogota asking for my fiance's email address, and they emailed him the next day with packets 3 & 4.

  8. Our case was APPROVED!! I have been refreshing the app like a crazy woman for the past 2 weeks. I checked at about 9:30 PM and still no change. I figured I was going to have to wait another grueling weekend without any information. Then I checked again on a whim 20 minutes later and there it was! For everyone that is still waiting, I know it's rough but you will get a response soon! Just keep refreshing the Case Tracker App, that is most likely the way you will find out first. FYI my receive date was 12/7/16 and NOA1 posted 12/12/16, so it took 95 days from NOA1 date. Good luck everyone!!
