Yep, we all are about to go crazy.  The hardest thing you can do to a human is to keep them in suspense.  This experience is circling the drain of insanity.  My poor F has been so strong.... Even she is showing signs of fatigue.
 
I read the Feb filers page to help me.  I feel so sorry for the cases on the cutting room floor in that thread.
 
I think tomorrow should be a vent day!  August first and we've earned it LOL

The USCIS case tracker stopped working constantly in May.  Our case still shows "received" on the USCIS site and my fiance arrived here in the US over a week ago If you want, maybe just email the embassy and explain the situation they should be able to verify that for you, but I think you would be fine explaining it at the interview. Just put the current address on the DS160

Ring the alarm I been waiting too long. I be darn if I wait on the mail when I get home. .....THANK YOU JESUS, THANK YOU GOD!! WE GOT OUR APPROVAL TODAY

Thank everyone of your March whiners who have help me through this long process. ..may we continue to see each other through to the end.

So, we managed to get lucky with all the appointments after NOA2, which means I had my visa interview today (after about a month since NOA2). They said it's approved and I should get my passport back within a week. I will wait to see that my passport is on its way until I book any tickets though. I won't rest until I have it in my hands!

Good luck to everybody still waiting! I didn't think it would be so fast once I got NOA2 (like everybody says), but it was! I wore myself thin trying to get everything worked out with my work schedule etc. Totally worth it.

So yesterday, a golden letter which is the NOA2 mail arrived!!! He didn't noticed the envelope until today  This is an answered prayer and an early gift since my fiancé's birthday is coming up 
Ours came as a surprise because it was approved 5days ago but we never got any notification from text/email/case tracker. I did a 500 scan last night before I went to sleep but our case still says RFE response was received. I didn't even bothered checking the informed delivery because  we were expecting that our case will not be approved until next week. 
For those who are still waiting for their NOA2, I know your trying your best to be patient. Just hang in there a little more, odds are your NOA2 is being sent to you as we speak 😊

Thanks for asking. We followed the crowd from the airplane into the Visitors Area of Immigrantion. I never left her side. When we approached the Immigration Officer, he had me pass first since I was a Citizen. He then did Wendy's fingerprints and a photo. He talked with her VERY casually as he entered information into the computer. He was EXTREMELY POLITE and FRIENDLY. Once he was finished, he turned on a tall Yellow light on his desk. He handed Wendy's envelope and Passport to the other officer.
The officer escorted us into another room.
 
Maybe 12-15 groups of people were there. Approximately an hour. Wendy was very nervous as she didn't know what to expect. We spent the time playing. 😘😍😘😍😘😍😘
 
While we were waiting, an employee from American came in the room and asked for our luggage tag receipts. They pulled our luggage and stored for us near the luggage conveyor. 
 
When they called her name, she jumped and begged me to come with her. I grabbed our carry ons and followed as quickly as I could. When she approached the officer who called her name, He handed her her Passport and said, "Have a good day"!
 
Except for our waiting for USCIS, our K1 Visa Journey has been the most wonderful experience of my life! 
 
 

So it's weekend. Maybe next week for NOA2. Please Lord help us. 🙏🏻
 

i hope when my fiance be back to US he find the letter on the mailbox, my fiance is on vacation with me from july 24, so i hope that the lletter is on the mailbox already.

Apologies March whiners for my long post 😁😁 is there anything we have missed 🤔😂

I am heading to the Chicago airport in 6 hours to fly to Moscow for the medical on Monday and interview on Thursday with Ella.  Then we spend 8 days in St Petersburg together!  It has been 6 months since we have been together and I am sure all of you understand just how excited I am!!!

me too, it has caused me to lash out and be all moody. this process is testing and frustrating and brings out the worst in people. =(

We received 2 letters today from USCIS!! One with the approval and one saying we are on processing hold for security checks, one was dated Friday 21st and the approval Monday 24th... I know how you feel, we waiting 177 days! Just hold in there, i think they are working in the forgoten ones... I'm sure your NOA2 will come soon

136 days no noa2  and its the weekend booooo..  still hoping it comes next week 🤞

@pajobra: Have you looked into animal transporters? I've had a nice conversation with a company called "Almost Home Pet Transportation" on Facebook. Ended up giving my Guineas a new home, but they've been my pick in case they'd have to fly. Maybe they do Canada as well and can give you a quote?


Oh, and the 3rd annoying wait time is over: my pack 3 letter from the embassy arrived today! Woot! Happy!
I'll mail out the required documents on Monday and then go back to waiting mode.
Germans don't like waiting... I guess I'll have to get used to it ^^
 

Guys, great news! Our lawyer's office just emailed me that we've been approved, i'm so happy i could cry right now! Literally so excited I'm shaking at my desk here at work!! Our case was from 03-24-2017!! Not sure the date of the approval on the notice but will post more details when I'm home! OMG!!!  Haven't felt this happy in AGES!!! YES! Good luck to all my fellow march whiners still waiting!!!

We have the same interview date! Also, there are no more dates available at the embassy right now.. Pretty crazy how few slots they seem to have for K1s. 

Congrats! Just can imagine how enormously happy you are! Let the rest of the process be super fast for you!
