    yeah correct i got from online MOI,they email me i went 2016 that time can get in police station but now they change the rule u will get from MIO which is goverment.but my will expired this month so will need again? I call NMC they said any day can come befor interview they report will get ,2,3,4  working day.and it will charge 2000DH with veccination.(they asking 6 passport pics and orignal passport,interview latter,if u have any veccination bring it with,and postal adress )

    Then, it might be much easier for your husband to take on a second job or a better paid one to meet the minimum income requirement.

    I would also recommend getting a 2nd job. The current poverty guideline is 20,025 for a household of 2 people; which is equals out to earning $10.43 an hour and working 40 hours a week. Very possible to achieve if he gets a 2nd job

    Hold the petition at NVC (if it's there) or embassy level until husband makes enough. As long as you're in touch with them once a year they'll keep your petition open.

    It is extremely unlikely that you would get a tourist visa approved after a failed spousal visa.
     
    As mentioned, the co-sponsor need not be family.  Have your husband ask old room mates, college friends, church family, neighbours....  also, if you think people in your country are more willing to help, maybe some of them have friends or relatives in the States?
    The other option is for your husband to delay the case till he gets a promotion, or a second job.  How much is he short?  Often, even a couple of weekend shifts in Starbucks or McDonalds will be enough.
