Ours was waived but we never got a formal waiver, it just showed up in our case history on the USCIS site.

5/13/2021 application approved, filed October 2020. They skipped the interview for us.

On the excel sheet what does "moved to local office" mean? My file was transferred to the National Benefits Center, is that considered the local office?

@Bilazafar2002The processing time is based on how fast people are working on cases in a specific location. If the location where you file is being processed changes from one center to another then yes, the processing time COULD change.

I received my NOA for case being transferred. It was transferred to the NBC (not the local office like I thought)

Same thing happened to me yesterday, but I am an October filer with RSC prefix. Let's hope for a quick approval.

What's your receipt number prefix? Does it start with EAC, LIN, SRC or VSC?

SRC is the prefix. Hoping for #1

Call USCIS. When you get to the automatic system, say "didn't receive receipt notice" to get to a live person.

They received it and I got my receipt number maybe a month ago. I read they usually transfer cases to even out workload.

So today my case status went from received to "transferred to a new jurisdiction", anyone know what this may mean?

I recommend you call USCIS. Since it's been more than 3 weeks they will open a case for you to have your service center review what the hold up is. They did that for me.

I think you will still be waiting. We mailed ours on 10/16 and it arrived on 10/20 but we just got our NOA yesterday. Full month of waiting for it.

I think it's still too early for you. My package arrived on October 20 and my check was cashed 3 days ago. Give it another week.

We presented our documentation and the Rep at Social security said yes it was good that we took it upon ourselves to come in because the system only showed him being allowed to work until certain date. I think you may be confused.. Your social security card has nothing to do with working. Your green card (Or Individual EAD without green card) gives you access to work.

It took us exactly 21 days after they received our package. We haven't received the NOA yet but we saw the check was cashed.

Yes, we spoke to a Rep. I first say "Didn't receive a receipt". If she immediately doesn't ask you if you filed with a service center or lockbox then repeat "didn't receive a receipt". She will then ask you if you filed with service center or lockbox. At this point just say service center (even if you filed with a lockbox like I did). Then you will get through to a Rep. The number you have listed is the one I used.
