Thank you janet....seems the only way this could remotely be fixed is if he just waited to test...but i dont even trust him anymore....what a flipping idiot he is.

I got laid off today and need some help answering questions. i'm just trying to make sure everything will go ok.
1. we're not married yet, soon, this month.
2. we need to file USCIS I-485 Petition
my question: when i file the USCIS I-485 Petition, do i need to get another job asap or 2 weeks of employment left ok?

I'm sorry the physical didn't go well. Did the physician recommend a course of action? Meds? Further x-rays? You and your fiance are in my thoughts. I wish you the very best.
no, a culture test on her lungs. it's the standard test and posted that it is 8 weeks wait. >.<

oh my! Is she smoking? Call embassy let them know. Goodluck! Hope you got clearance soon.
no, she is in the Manlina area

Good luck on the medical, and hope it turns out to be nothing!
the 8 weeks is after the noa2 expires.

Hi,
My fiance failed the medical test end the original interview was to be in Aug. The NOA2 expires in September and Luke's told her to wait 8 weeks to clear the test.
How do we file? I tried called the NVC and they told me to call the embassy in Philippines.
Additional Medical Examination (i.e., sputum test and culture for tuberculosis) if deemed necessary by St. Luke’s Extension Clinic. Applicant should complete the exam and obtain clearance from St. Luke’s before a visa interview can be scheduled. Three (3) days for sputum test; Results are released eight (8) weeks after sputum test is performed

I went to the USCIS website for the current processing times and it says that the California center is currently working on applications dated August 2016. That can't be right?!?! I mean, there are people in the November thread that already have their NOA2, right?
