Just checked the app and we've got an RFE. Will wait and see what it is about, but our situation has changed, so we will most likely not continue the K1 process. 
My fiance got stationed abroad for 2 years, so I'll be moving with him, getting married, and applying for IR1/CR1 instead.
 
Hope everyone gets their approvals soon! 
(And for statistics sake I'll let you know what the RFE was about when we get the hard copy ) 

One thing that is certain is that you don't need/can't get a police certificate for your time in the US. They are already capable of running a reliable background check on visa applicants who have previously lived there by scanning US criminal databases.
 
As for police certificate validity from different countries, and whether you need one or not, my advice would be to only use the packet 3 info given by the embassy or consulate through which you have applied. They are the ones who will review your documents so follow their checklist!

Its done on PC with a script geowrian wrote ... its nothing that works on android or iphone.
And all data is worked on by excel after ... 
And be careful ... he is a she

Hi Everybody, 
 
I just woke up to start my day in Scotland with a million text messages from my fiance! We got our NOA2 at like 2:44am UK time. Best part is that after 3 months of waiting, my fiance is flying out to Scotland tonight and we have a massive engagement party on Saturday with all my family so it couldn't have been more perfect timing! Genuinely the first time an email has made me cry haha!!
 
This forum keeps you sane honestly, my anxiety has been eating me alive and it's been so nice just to know you're not alone in how you feel. I'll make sure and update my timeline every step of the way and if any UK, particularly Scottish people have any questions about the process please feel free to reach out and I'll try my best to help!

Yes Jan scan is running right now.
I'll continue as long as I can with all the other stuff coming up now ... there will be 2 days next week where I most likely cannot do scans as I'll  be on my way to see my love
But think I'll be able to do scans until end of April, maybe mid May ... so it will cover most of the Jan filers I think 
And yes I can tell now ... the feeling of being approved, is worth all the fear and waiting for the last months!
Don't lose hope ... it's worth the wait

A selfish January filer here... @AkesAngel will you still be running scans for Jan after you got your NOA2?

I can not describe, how happy I am. But right before I had a long talk with my fiance, because he was overthinking and couldn't sleep til 4 am.
And a few mins after hanging up, I checked my mails and realized, that we got the notice while we talked. Now I cannot wake him up, because he's already short at sleep.
BUT I'M SO HAPPY AND NEED TO SHARE THAT FEELING!
 
So for all the lovely couples still waiting: PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP! YOUR TIME WILL COME SOON AS WELL!!!
