Hi thanks. When we opened the link to schedule her interview the earliest date available was July 17th. Any event we are going to hold with this date since she needs to have her medical along with her son and that has to be done at least 7 days is advance.
Appreciate the information and good luck with the rest of you visa application.

From the menu, go to Reschedule Appointment. You should see the calendar for availability.
See, you can always check and see if there are openings. Most people who encounter further delays like medical or other things are required to reschedule their initial interview appointments. Now you can reschedule only once without paying the fee again. It currently shows there's an opening on June 6, 9, then the 3rd week of June.

When I called yesterday and they gave me our case # the woman also told me that they were just entering our case and it would be a few days before we could move forward. I checked our case on the NVC website and our case is registered.
I wouldn't worry about it I think this is standard language they use.

Hi hi well idk how helpful he was tbh. i thought they had a more detailed insight into whats going on but it seems not. all he said was 'nothing is wrong with your application and the process can take 6 months to approve they have not made a decision on your case yet' --- i find this statement contradictory
 
he also told my fiance that our case is at CSC... so idk if they are using the same BROKEN  system. sighhhhh i am losing my coconut... 
 
i hope she goes home to a positive letter in the mail today.

Just got off the phone with NVC. She gave me our MNL and Invoice number.
She also indicated that our case is being entered into the system today.
Our NOA2 date is 05/05 and 17 days after receiving our MNL#.
Anyone with a 05/05 NOA2 date should call the NVC number today.
Also the better number to call is 603-334-0888. 
Make sure you have your applicants DOB and proper spelling of her last name.
 
Our prayers go out to those filers who have not received their NOA2 approval. God we know how painful it was to get our NOA2 after 108 days days of waiting and know how frustrating this must be to all those who are still waiting on their case to either be touched or approved.
 
All of you are in our thoughts and prayers. This thread has been so supportive to Rona we don't know how we would have gotten this far in the process without the support of everyone here. I feel that we are connected is a very special way having gone through this process with everyone.

Wow that is very quick. We have the same NOA2 approval date of 05/05.
 
Ours should be approved any day now we hope.

God we can so relate to how painful it was waiting each day to receive notification and now knowing USCIS is no longer updating the scripts or their website can only add to your frustration.

I initially thought we were January filers since I mailed the petition on January 27. But then the NOA1 received date was February 1, so I switched to the February filers thread. I know there is some overlap between the January and February scans, so I decided to post this here as well as in the February thread.
 
I received NOA2 today, finally.
 
The case tracker is still not working; it just says received. No e-mail notice either, even though I filed form G-1145. Our received date was Feb 1, and the NOA2 was dated May 16.

Its 4months already today. T_T still no NOA2. NOA1 January 20 2017.  ugh!! Wheenn are we going to get our NOA2?? huhuhu

@dbmathis , @Antonia & Dian , @aradracing02 , @minkh , We are still waiting, (t's been 124 days for us now ). We contacted the Senator 5 days ago and haven't heard anything from them as well. I pray all of the January files left, will get a result soon!.

Ran the 5/18 stats last night. Please remember that we are missing about 800 approvals in this data it seems. So untouched is much lower that what is seen here. I figured this would be helpful regardless.

Yay, my petition left the NVC today.  My status now says "IN TRANSIT" 

I'd like to give everyone an update on my case.....
 
If you remember last Friday I called the NVC just to find out that my fiance's Date of Birth was entered wrong into the system by the USCIS.  So because of this I was not able to pass the security questions, and furthermore not able to track my case.  The NVC agent told me to send an email to the NVC with the passport and birth certificate of my fiance and they will forward it to the US Embassy in Bogota, Colombia to have it fixed before it is processed by the Embassy.
 
Today I called back the NVC to see if the petition has left the NVC, but also to see if my email and info made it to the right hands.  After a half hour wait I finally made it through to an agent.  She asked for the receipt number, then my fiance's name, then my fiances birthday.  I responded with the correct birthday, and after I said her birthday, I started to say that I called Friday and tell her the story but she cut me off and asked for petitioners name.  So I said my name.  And then she started talking about my petition and saying it was received and I have a case number assigned.  She said a case number was assigned on Friday and on Monday the case was touched again.
 
So what that tells me is that they were able to fix the birthdate before sending the petition to the Embassy because I obviously passed the security question this time with a correct DOB.  And since I called Friday and found out about the issue, and then sent the email with info that same Friday, and the NVC agent today said the case was touched again on Monday, it seems they fixed the issue on Monday with the info from my email.  So today I was able to get my Case Number from the NVC        
 
Last thing I'll say is about the NVC receive date.  The NVC agent today, when I asked when the petition was received, says she doesn't have that information.  All she had was when the NVC assigned the Case Number which was Friday.  So, the receive date on the VJ timelines seems to be a complete guess?  I don't know how you can get that information?  Because when I called Friday and found out about the DOB error, the agent would not tell me anything specific about my case.  When I asked him has my petition at least arrived yet?  And his answer was "Oh, it's definitely here."   I took that as my receive date was Friday then.  Since I called literally the day before, on Thursday, and they said they DID NOT receive the petition yet?  But then Friday the guy said "Oh, it's definitely here".... he knew that it was there because the Case Number was assigned, that is why it was a "DEFINITELY".  Which now I'm figuring out thanks to my call today and the agent today said the case number was assigned Friday.
 
So I don;'t know how you can track the NVC receive date???
 
 
Anyway.... SORRY for wall of text.  It's probably really hard to follow too, my apologies.  But I'm happy that I can at least track now

I've been waiting 9,244,800 seconds for an approval and I can not wait a second more. I demand that they approve our cases!

I've been following this forum quietly. I just wanted to let people who have been waiting for a long time know that we got the NOA2 today (US time May 15th). Our NOA1 received date is Jan 30th and NOA1 date is Feb 1st. So your turn will come very soon.
I totally understand your pain to be apart from your partner. We don't feel like living any more. But today NOA2 gave us energy to get through this. 
I also wanted to tell you all that I cannot thank you enough. This forum helped me a lot. I didn't go crazy because of this forum.

So, like a few of you, my case status said received on the uscis website but I received the hard copy in the mail! Be vigilant!
