Good evening VJ Family finally i have my GC in hand and im full of joy and happiness the feeling is unbelievable.
Here is my timeline: 
First filing of my I-130 and I-485 in 2014 with USC Spouse
I-130 approved - 06/28/2015
08/24/2015 - Schedule for my I-485 Interview  ( Didn't attend my interview because of extreme abuse, second degree assault by spouse  and my spouse fired our lawyer and e.t.c )
09/01/2015 - filed my I-360
04/02/2019 - RFE on my I-360 police clearance and good moral character, also submitted my 4 restraining orders against my ex-spouse 
06/12/2019 - USCIS Received my RFE 
09/05/2019 - I360 approved 
12/30/2020 - Interview notice for my I-485
03/29/2021 - Attended I-485 Interview ( after the interview my cased had to be reviewed before making a final decision ) 
 
07/16/2021 - We APPROVED YOUR CASE I-485 🥳❤️
07/20/2021 - We mailed your new card to the address we have on file
07/21/2021 - The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card.
07/23/2021 - Green Card in hand Thank you good ❤️😭 Green Car category IB6 - ( can someone advice when can i file for citizenship based on marage to a USC then marriage petition converted to VAWA petition and then I-485 approved do  have to wait 3 or 5 years )
 
My field office was Baltimore field office in Maryland, overall the whole process toke almost 6 years from start to finish

THE SHOCKING POSTCARD
 
A wealthy American man was having an affair with an Italian woman.  One night, during a rendezvous, she confided in him that she was pregnant.
 
Not wanting to ruin his reputation or his marriage, he paid her a large sum of money to return to Italy to have the child.  If she stayed in Italy, he promised, he would also provide child support until the child turned 18.
 
She agreed, although she wondered how he would know when the baby was born. To keep it discreet, he told her to mail him a postcard, and write "Spaghetti" on the back.  He would then arrange for child support.
 
One day, about 9 months later, he came home to his confused wife.  "Honey," she said, "you received a very strange postcard today."
 
"Oh, just give it to me and I'll explain it later," he said.  The wife handed him the card and watched as her husband read it, turned white, and fainted.
 
Alarmed, she picked up the card from the floor and read aloud, "Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti.  Two with meatballs, one without."

On July 15, 2021, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MS, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address
 
I Don't know if im dreaming or it is real, still in shock can't believe that finally my I-485 is approved after 6 long years. I have a question can they deny my case once they approve it just a weird question just not use to have positive things happening to me for a long time  😮🥳😭 and also when can i expect my GC to be delivered ?

Just when I was merely THINKING about posting a quick midweek joke, we get TWO approvals.  Therefore, everyone will simply have to wait for the new joke till Sunday.

Today I received a new up date on my I485 ...Case approved, I thought it would have being the other way around. .on 7.9.2021 my case said card in production..lol...anyway it is a very good feeling...and I continue to take  deep breath and  exhale ..😊
Keep the faith everyone who is waiting for the approval ...it is coming believe me . .I have been waiting from  2017 and now the wait is over....be safe and have a fabulous day I Love and support you all❤ ..

The Long Journey has finally come to an end... I am close to tears writing. This platform, the group of people here are the best, I got comfort in this group when i am down, when all hope is lost, but you kind words, everybody willing to answer question, share their experience kept me going. Thanks to congressman office, I got a copy on June 2nd in email
Printed it, medicals was over 60days, The doctor opened the envelope and signed another that then sealed the envelope, no ne medical done.
Sent back same day, June 2nd
Overnight delivery June 3rd
New Card being produce June 29
Case approve June 30
We mailed your card July 1
picked up by post office July 3rd.
Delivered in mail July 8.
 
I can't the chapter is finally over, Thank God. I wish everyone waiting best of luck, there shall be more approval soon, you all shall be favored.
By the way, I skipped @TBoneTX weekly jokes for almost 2 months because I was too sad to smile, I decided to read 2 weeks ago just to help my mood, same week my status changed, please keep the joke coming, someone might need it.😀

Rfe received - 04/2017(resent mostly same stuff again)
[Moved to another state - 07/2017]
Vawa I-485 interview - 03/2020 (old state field office)
Notification interview complete and case must be reviewed
I-360 Approval - 06/2020
Rfe 485 for birth certificate - 07/2020
Rfe received - 08/2020
Vawa I-485 notice for interview again in my current state field office on - 10/2020
I-485 interview - 12/16/20
Rfe 485 paystubs and employment letter 17th the next day
Rfe received at local office 12/28/20
NOID due to.........address history not in line and advised to file form 601 waiver - 03/18/21
NOID responded with form 601 receipt notice and received - 04/27/21
Case status changed on 485 to card in production on - 06/30/21

Sandra and the experienced members here can confirm this, but I seem to remember reading in an earlier VAWA thread that a good response is (something like) "Thank you for being thorough, but the abuse aspect has already been adjudicated, and it makes me very [sad/hurt/upset] to revisit it.  How else can I help, sir/ma'am?"

THE WIFE WHO WANTED TO BE SIX AGAIN
 
A man observed his wife looking at herself in the mirror.  Her birthday was not far off, so he asked what she'd like to have for her birthday.
 
"I'd like to be six again," she said, still looking in the mirror.
 
On the morning of her birthday, he arose early, made her a big bowl of Lucky Charms, then took her to Six Flags theme park.  What a day!  He put her on every ride in the park -- the Death Slide, Wall of Fear, Screaming Monster Roller Coaster -- everything there was.
 
Five hours later, they staggered out of the theme park.  Her head was reeling and her stomach felt upside down.  He then took her to a McDonald's, where he ordered her a Happy Meal with extra fries and a chocolate shake.

Okay thank you for the clarification and I will suggest that as they sent back the check let's wait till they take an action on that 765 or you can attach the receipt notices for both the 360 and 485 along with your new ead application and send to Vermont with no fee. At least with that you've got options and all sides covered.

If you were told that you were fraudulent by the findings on your 130, keep calm and don't worry. USCIS will give you the chance to clear it up thru a waiver. Just patient and wait for it. With regards to your concurrent filing of your 360 & 485, I'll suggest you go ahead and obtain your ead from there as it will be the easiest to obtain with no fee ( because the fee submitted on your 485 covers ead c9 and subsequent renewals). I'll suggest you just hold off on anything with the asylum for now. An io without a humble heart will double down and poke holes in your file based on the number of petitions you've applied for in sequence.
I wish your 360,485(with fee or waiver),765 & 131 was all sent to Vermont. That gives you more streamlined process and ease.
