So I noticed that they changed the date of the cases they are working on to November 15th, so I decided to call. The guy was very nice and went ahead and did a case inquiry for me even though we have an RFE, its still out of normal processing times he said.

For those still waiting for an NOA2 even if you have an RFE, if your receipt date was on or before Nov 14th you may now call if you choose do make a case inquiry. They will supposedly send you something within 30 days. 

It toked there days for her visa to be ready and send by mail . Interview on Monday and passport with visa back same week Friday.

No 1 .   Than say that you will be sheering your household and income with her /him . That's what I did , I did not mention any specific amount of $

Thanks! Mine changed to Issued this morning (3 business days after interview). Hope to have it on my hands by Friday so I can book my flight

My was approved on March 29.  I don't understand how they work.  And I am getting a little bit tired of this.

I'm in the same boat. NOA2 date of April 6, and NVC still hasn't received our case. I keep getting the "it could take up to 6 weeks", but I know (primarily due to everyone's timelines here) that it could take less. But now it's been 13 business days, and it's getting a little tiresome.

For those who have filled out the i-134 and included an answer to the real estate question do you have to include proof someone of that real estate? If my co-sponsor put their real estate value (house) do they need to show proof of that? If so, what kind of proof is necessary? And will that need to be included in those additional questions on page 7 where you can explain stuff?

We met in person so we don't have to be worried about that. The G-1145 is the E-notification but it's only if you ask for it. We'll ask for it, it won't hurt in this long process! We are going to put everything together this week and hopefully send it the next one!

You don't need a description of the website. However, the terms of use definitely! Because they may say it falls under IMBRA even if it doesn't technically. 
 
I met my fiance online sent the terms of use (it was like 15 pages or something) and got approved no RFE'S. 
 

Passport received back from embassy ,with visa in it ,she is finishing her work and on the way in 3 weeks or so .Exiting times . When I look at it now it was qwait smooth and reasonably fest .

Same here. I remember someone sent an email to USCIS before and I think he got more info than "within normal processing time" response but something like it's still under security check or something, I'm not so sure. I just don't know what email addressed he sent it to. 138 days for us too. 😔

I feel your pain, we are at 138 days.

My fiancé and I are just starting applying for the Fiancé visa and even if i'm excited, i'm so stressed out!
I would like some help to make sure I'm not forgetting anything on the first step. I have a file with all the steps for the first package. Does it look okay for you or did I forget something?
 
1. Form I-129F: cover letter, declaration of how you met in person in the last two years, fiancé letter of Intent, proofs of having met in past two years
2. Form G-325a: one passeport photo + copy or the Birth certificate
3. G-1145

Congrats!! It is such a relief!! In the Philippines you also need a Cenomar, a certificate of no marriage along with the police clearances and affidavit of support. 

Yes, they will send your paper work to NVC , NVC will send it to your embassy .With out any delays it should take little more than two weeks ,you should see your status ready in your embassy in about 3 weeks . All notifications are coming with 2-3 weeks delay.but you can find out about your status on line.   ( from our experience)  

Happy for you . My finance also from Philippines but working in Taiwan . those police reports may take a while if she have to get it from other country's ,best to ask friend or family member to get it and send back to wherever she is .Also fairest I remember need to send some document ,don't remember now what, because just like that some places will not do police report with out showing them reason for it .  Sure she will do great on interview, My was so afraid of it , but it turn out that she went trough very smooth. She receive visa in passport in there days .
