215 days it took for approval, 220 days waiting for a response without knowing we were approved (USCIS app didnt change to "case was approved") but we are FINALLY APPROVED!!! There is hope for my fiancee coming back with me or at least close to the date that I have to leave! <3

Yesterday me and me fiancée had an interview. VISA APPROVED!

Yep the whole process is pretty frustrating but after you hit the 60th day mark you can make a case inquiry. This coming from a tier two agent I spoke with but hopefully you will have notice before then.

Still waiting on my approval after Rfe send and recived bu uscis on Mrach 23. Can't wait for this to be over. Wish I could do something just tired and depressed now it's been 50 days after Rfe send to them anybody there still waiting like me l. I don't know what to do. Need some hope

Guys, I'm just popping in to say thank you. You guys have been a wonderful community, and without you, I would have lost my mind countless times in the last 6 months. 
After my interview on Monday, I went back to the embassy yesterday to pick up my visa, and now, I can't stop looking at it as otherwise I probably wouldn't believe that this part of the journey is over. I'm over the moon excited; even more so because we took a gamble and have already planned our whole wedding for mid-June. Now I only need to buy a ticket, and finally, after so many years, my fiancée and I will be together. 
 

Log in to your embassy web page and find out if they have your petition .( seams like they did) NVC number or your case number you will need to find that out .Nvc sends paper work to embassy and  if  status says ready, means that they receive it, than you are ok to fill DS 160 .You will also find instructions on embassy site, to follow, with out waiting for them to notify you, you will find all that you will need for interview including locations of medical examiner. In our case I receive instructions from embassy 3 weeks after they got my papers and it was saying ready for all that time .            ( looks like wherever secretary gets to it, they will notify you , so if you want to speed it out you can )

it wouldn't be the first time they likely did multi-week training and very little progress was made on I-129Fs. Early January comes to mind (before your time here, I know, but I wanted to relay that). It also could just be that their online system isn't being updated. That also happened once for several days, IIRC. When they did update it, they back-filled the previous dates.
 
They likely aren't blocking the script. I guess they could be doing a misdirection defense (detecting it as a bad actor and replying with false data), but that's pretty sophisticated and seems excessive. And they would have to be doing it consistently since I also check for differences from day to day. The script is using the same mechanism to lookup the statuses that you and the mobile apps use. Those would also be broken if that was the case.

I have been thinking for the past few days trying to come with a theory as to why we haven't seen updated cases this week. The theory that they could be "training"  I doubt  it. It would be a very bad managerial decision to just summon every officer into training, while cases just pile up for April and May. The theory is this....I am sure there are USCIS employees that follow this forum. Maybe, just maybe they are blocking the script and its kicking back with the same updates? Idk, just a wild thought on a depressing week. 

Congratulations ! it means that all paper work reached embassy , beneficiary should fill out DS160 and schedule appointment. Hope you have already scheduled medical  and have a police report ,Follow all embassy instructions . In my case I receive email with instructions from embassy about 3 weeks after they receive visa application .

Hey Guys!!! My Fiance had the interview today at the us embassy in Paris and we Were approved!!! Almost done with this journey!! Wishing luck to everyone still waiting on their NOA2. I'm Praying for you guys!!!

My fiance is closing to  his interview . We've had to use my mom as a Joint Sponsor and she has filled out all of the paperwork and supporting documents
for the I-134 Affidavit of Support 
me and mom in same household and she claim  taxes  for me since  2010 
so the question is, what are supporting documents for my I-134 form? Do i use a copy of her tax papers (1040) which my name is tacken down?

Hey all ... I'm sorry and I feel really bad for not being able to help you with posting the December scans for the last week. We had trouble with the internet connection and the scans didn't run well. We also had his kids with us and that was important for me to spend time with them. So yes I totally forgot to look into VJ and again ... I apologize for not giving a heads up at least.
Let me know if you need to see them here in the November thread or if it is fine to have them in the Decenber thread.

I was told by an NVC call center rep, waiting 4-6 weeks until your NVC# will be available is not uncommon.

There was 1 approved Nov. case today, along with 1 RFE.

No 1 .   Than say that you will be sheering your household and income with her /him . That's what I did , I did not mention any specific amount of $

We are nearing the end now (hopefully!) my fiance had his medical on Wednesday and all went well and has scheduled his interview at the embassy week after next! We are hoping we have all in order and the process will go smoothly at the American Embassy in London.  Any reviews, feedback, suggestions and prayers would be greatly appreciated! And congratulations to all those in this group that now have K-1 visas in hand and I am sending prayers for swift approval for all those still waiting.
