When did your status change to Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled after the interview and when did you get the Oath Ceremony date? My status yesterday changed to Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled but still no date. Thanks

My status changed to 'Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled' right after the interview, I was still in the building.
Had my Interview on 05/18, my status changed to "Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed" on 05/23. Oath was on 06/06.

  2. I have got the same update on my ROC case yesterday!

My ROC has been approved in early June with no RFE and no interview. I've received my 10-yr GC in June as well.  Although I have an open N-400 case and I'm wondering maybe they are combining the documents together, and sent those to my local office. It can be a good sign for receiving a citizenship interview appointment soon! I'll keep you posted as soon as I receive the letter in the mail.

Please don't stress yourself out. I'm hoping for the best for all of us! :)

  3. Hey guys!
I've read almost over 100 posts/questions/answers about this topic on Visa Journey but still it's SO CONFUSING!

I came to US by K1 Visa and we filed for my AOS within one year
of my overseas medical examination. On my DS-3025 form the box "US Vaccination Requirements COMPELETE." is marked!
But I did not get Influenza shot because it wasn't the flu season when I had my Medical Exam overseas.
And I did not get Varicella (Chickenpox) shot either because it wasn't available in the country I had my Visa Interview. (I haven't had it as a kid either)

We did not get any RFE  for my AOS and our Interview got scheduled recently.
Now my question is should I still get those 2 missing shots and fill the form I-693 by a Civil Surgeon while on my DS-3025 the "COMPELETE" box is marked?

I tried to find someone with similar experience on VJ but there was no success!
I even tried to find a doctor who only fills the vaccination parts on the form I-693, but they all say they need to do the whole medical exam! and it costs A LOT!!

I wish I could find an answer!
    Thank you!

Has anyone received their Social Security card yet?

We requested my SSN immediately after my arrival to US at a Social Security Office and  I received my SSC almost 2 weeks after that.
But recently they sent me a new one! but it's basically useless. because the first one works forever!

    AOS/EAD/AP received date by USCIS = 03/15
Second SSC received by mail to me = 07/03

    Hey All,

I just wanted to see who is all waiting to hear about their EAD & AP with NOA date of March 2,2018. I would love to see where everyone is at as a few people I know with NOA dates after me have already been getting notifications/their cards. Trying to stay positive but its getting to me :)

We are close to same time frame as you guys, NOA 3-12-18 received date. Our case has shown "ready for interview" since 6-19-18. So far no interview notice, no EAD and no AP. We are in San Diego and you are in Fresno. Since we in California are ground zero in the illegal immigration mess I am wondering if that is playing a part in the delay.  Good luck!

    Received Date:  03/15/2018
    Biometrics: 04/13/2018
AOS: Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview 07/09/2018
EAD: Card is Being Produced 07/25/2018
EAD/AP Approval NOA by Mail: 07/30/2018

  6. Hello March filers!!

I'm a K1 Visa holder in US and we've sent my EAD and AP applications along with AOS application on March 15th.
had my biometrics on April 13th. My AOS status has changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" on July 9th, but still no news on having my EAD/AP card after 132 days! Is this normal? And does anyone know how long does it usually take until they schedule an interview?
    We live in Chicago! Thanks!

    Fantastic!  Thank you!

Did your fiance need to send her passport back to the embassy after the interview?

How long did it take after the passport arrived at the embassy?

Thank you for your kind words!! and congratulations to you too!!

    @Richard Moss

Well.. actually they approved my visa exactly on the day of interview and kept my passport there.

The officer told me it will be ready in 5 business days and I stayed for one more week in Yerevan to get my passport back.
exactly after 5 business days it got Issued and today i'm going to pick that up from the main DHL post office in Yerevan.

Don't worry.. so soon you'll get that good news!! :D
just be aware that after the embassy receives your fiancée's passport.. your case status on CEAC website will change a few times..
from 'Ready' to 'Application Received', then to 'AP' again.. and finally to 'Issued' !
    Congrats again!!  and
    Thank youuu!!! :dancing:
