  1. Yes, I have always presented/shower my GC to re-enter the USA. Yes, I did show the GC on 04/2023. There was no special waiver. They asked me to step into a room, before I got to have a seat, they said you are free to go. I asked why was I stopped, they said write in to inquire, you are free to go. This scenario happened both times 04/2023 & 8/2023. Currently hold Bahamian citizenship. I work and live full time in the USA. Between 2019 - 2025 I have a total of 86 days out of the country. Longest trip was 9 days one Christmas holiday, all other trips are weekend 3 day trips.
  2. Yes, my GC is all I had to enter. That day 04/2023 was the first time I was stopped at a port of entry, they didn’t explain why when I questioned, they just said I was free to go. Then they stopped me again 08/2023, I tried to inquire why but just got forced out of the room without an answer. I haven’t been stopped since. I submitted a FOIA they said that I need to hand write in a request. I did that, no response. I submitted again last week, the first request is showing as closed.
  3. Hi, I have been an LPR as of 11/2018, IR6 status on card. I have been traveling as an LPR since 12/2019. Recently I have been gathering my travel dates for the N400 application. Out of curiosity I entered an expired passport number into the I94 search and I found where in 04/2023 they have my entry status as B2. I have traveled since then and I was stopped by CBP in 08/2023 with no explanation. I’m assuming i was stopped in august because of the status entered in April. My travels in 2024 were fine, not stopped. My last entry into USA was 01/05/2025 no issues with entry. Has anyone experience this? Can it be corrected being two years later? Will this hinder my n400 application?
