I don't know about procedure in Philippines (i think it is the same with other US embassy). I was having the same experience with my US tourist visa before.
It didn't allowed me to proceed or skip. So, what i was doing, I just upload wrong picture (wrong picture size or wrong picture format).
Then a message "Your photo doesn't meet the requirement" will appear and it will give you choice to proceed without picture.
Click proceed after that. And you will not having a picture in your DS 160 confirmation letter. But, never mind, you can just submit it and bring the picture when you are having an interview with the US embassy. They will scan your picture (picture that you bring) later.

From what i read in this website, basically they will only ask question about yours relationship, the main purpose of the interview is to ensure that your relationship is real. If let's say you meet again after submitting your K-1 visa petition, you can bring all the photos taken during that trip to the interview. But, it is not compulsory. If you don't meet again after submitting the petition, you can bring other type of supporting during the interview. Anything that can be a proof for ongoing relationship, such as messages, video/voice call logs, gift exchange. You can also provide all proof of arrangement of the wedding if you have. 

It is great if you are able to visit each other while K-1 is being filed, however, you need to show a strong tie to your country since you already showed intention to immigrate to States. He can visit you in your country too, and that picture can be use as the supporting during the interview.

Waiting is part of the process. Yeah, waiting is suck and to be honest, I'm not someone who love to wait too. But, to motivate myself, I always think that, it is just few months, and at the end of this waiting period, i will be able to be with someone that i love. That's all that matter, few months waiting is worth it because i will be able to be with him/her in person forever and ever.  Good luck!

I think because of the visa process taking so much longer time, your family giving pressure to you and it is the one that driving you crazier!  I hope you will be able to get NOA2 soon!

Ours is 10 pages long! 😂😂😂😂😂 I hope it is not too much! We even screenshot some of our message! For example, we told them that we keep on giving hint to each other but neither of us brave enough to confess first! So, we attached few screenshot of our messages that related to that. 

If your marriage is not binding the law, in the eyes of government you are not married. You shouldn't stated there you are married from your first application B1/B2 since when you are applied for this,you are dealing with government not your cultural organization. I am not familiar with culture in Ghana. However, no matter what you did, always remember that, you should have black and white as your supporting. You can't verbally explain to someone else without any proper supporting to support your explanation. Let say when you filled up a form, section of name, birth date, place of birth, do you have supporting to show that it's correct? Yes! Birth certicate. Are you single or married section, do you have any supporting (marriage certificate) if yes, you should choose yes! If you don't have, the answer should be no.

Yes, it is illegal for you to do that according to Islamic law and same sex marriage is not allowed here in Malaysia. However, same sex marriage is legal at States. So, you don't have worry about that. Regarding the police certificate, you can simply apply it online. If let say the police asking you what you want to do with that, simply said that you are applying for K-1 Visa, no need to offer more information to them. My advise, don't let others know about your intention to have same sex marriage except the consulate officer. Because, if you tell the wrong person, they can simply report you to the Islamic department and of course you know what will happened after that right? Good luck to both of you!

I'm curious about processing time. I read there is few reply in other post saying that Texas is not handing I-129F for K-1 anymore. However, why the processing time for TSC still updating (refer to picture attached).

First of all, I totally understand your feeling. I believe that if I'm in your position, I might do the same thing too. It's doesn't mean that I'm desperate to go to the US, but,I'm doing that because of love. However, you need to know the consequences of your action. Are you ready to receive the consequences later? If not, I think, you shouldn't do what you are planning to do. There are lots of other way for you to try get him back. It doesn't mean that you need to go there and see him by yourself. You can try to talk to him using voice/video call first. You can try to discuss with him and give him opportunity to explain why he really want to end that relationship. Every problem have a solution. Find out the main issue between you and him. It will not make any difference if you go there without knowing what is the main problem and how can you solve it. 
 
1) if let say he want to end this relationship because he have found someone else. Do you think by you going there it will change anything?
2) if let say he want to end this relationship because finally he realize that he's not ready to get marry yet. Do you think you can change it?
3) if let say he want to end this relationship because he feel that there is no more love. Do you find out a way how to build up that feeling again?
4) if let say he want to end this relationship because he can't stand with your attitude. Do you think you can change your attitude?
5) if let say he want to end this relationship because he feel like he can't support you in terms of money, maybe he can't afford the cost. Do you think going to States will make things better?
 
If you stick with your decision to go there with K-1 visa, get ready with the possibility you might get denied at POE. Get ready with the possibility to might get a ban. Are you really ready for that? What will happen, if you get ban (for example) and suddenly both of you reconcile and want to be together again? Love is great, but, are you ready to face all the consequences?

Just curious, why did you told them about unofficial marriage? Did they ask question about that? 

It is great to hear that now you will pursue with CR-1. Good luck with that! 😃 I just notice the same thing what other person noticed too. Your petition is the one that got rejected. I assuming that you got a RFE about other things but you take that chance to explaining to them to them about your unofficial marriage. One thing that I learned from this website, never offer information if they are not asking for. It is good that you want to be honest. But, offering information that are not needed will hurt sometime. Look at this from the positive side, since you will pursue with CR-1 now, your grandmother will be able to attend your wedding! I believe that she will be super duper happy with that! 😄

People are not discouraging OP, they just stated their opinion regarding the red flags. You can't compare what you are facing 6 years ago and now. Yes, you are disabled and 21 years older than your husband, but, it is different back then. By time, the percentage of fraud is getting higher, back then the percentage of fraud is not higher if compared to now. So, that is why your spouse got approved last 6 years. Even your spouse is coming from the same "part of the world", it doesn't mean that everyone that having a situation similar to you, coming from the same part of the world, and applying the same type of visa will get the exact result just like what you got. OP asking for opinion, and other members give their opinion. Now, it is up to OP to make his own judgement and decide what he want to do.

what she can do is that keep on following up and wait. And regarding the police certificate, there is nothing they can do except to go through the process of application the police certificate and translated it again (when the existing one is expired), even it will cost more. I'm not sure why she need to lie to the Consulate officer during tourist visa interview. Because she can just tell the truth. She can simply say that she want to go there to make a surprise for you and visit you. It is not like the CO will call you and inform you about that. What I learned from this site, you need always to tell them the truth. Never lie.
