Curious - Processing time

Hi, 

 

I'm curious about processing time. I read there is few reply in other post saying that Texas is not handing I-129F for K-1 anymore. However, why the processing time for TSC still updating (refer to picture attached).

Ha! Absolutely can't answer you but I wondered too. And the good news is, CSC is currently issuing NOA2 a week quicker than estimated by the VJ timeline. However, it is good to note that there are still people from previous months that haven't received their NOA2 or RFE.

Because what you quoted is based on the information that people on this message board put in themselves not data from uscis and often people don't understand the difference between the lockbox they send the application to and the service center that will actually be processing it. So they quite frequently put in the wrong service center that way or they read how it was before and just assume that they have been sent to their local service center without checking what the three letter code at the beginning of their noa1 number means.

 

The fact that the timeline estimate of when you will get your noa2 is based on other members is also why the dates given for currently processing is an estimate because it is based on a small sample size - those who are on this site and have been bothered to update their timeline.
