1) should I start counting for the 3 year marriage since the day I got married? August 2017 or

2) should I start counting since the day I received my first conditional greencard? April 2019 or

I am a K1 visa, alreafy married, already filed for AOS and my K1 visa expires shortly. Can I travel anywhere withing the US while I wait for the AOS?

Should I just show my passport with the K1 visa expired?

I wanted to tell you that you were wrong hehe.

The money order was accepted perfectly. even tho I wrote: paying in the order to "USCIS"

I received my confirmation number as well saying that they accepted and that they are working on my case now.

yesterday I sent the papers to do the AOS and sent a money order  to pay to the order of "USCIS" instead of the Home land security...

do you think it will work?

Once you have the K1 visa, the B1-B2 visa is no longer valid, so no, you can not leave the country and enter with the turist visa.
the k1 visa is for ONE entry ONLY

yayy! that is very cool that you can travel there for such a long time and wait together, I am from Argentina next to Chile, and yeah our flight tickets are expensive hehe, hope we all get approved soon though.
