I sent them a signed g-325a from her with her current employement on it and it has the end date to present. Is that enough evidence?

When did you send in your I-129F or more importantly which version of the form did you use?

The newest form does NOT require the G-325A.

The only signature that is needed is the petitioner's on the I-129F.

    https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-129f.pdf

As far a end date. The form if filled out on-line version will only allow you to put NUMBERS in the PDF.

You can get around this part by printing it out and hand writing in "Present".

If you leave it blank they will likely figure that she is still working.

I would not stress about that

Again which date version of the form did you use?

    Hi Everyone,

I've been following this thread since early December and  have finally decided to comment.  I have a 11/21 NOA1 date and I'm just here patiently waiting like you all, but I must say that this thread has been a great resource for me and also extremely encouraging.

I live in a state away from most of my family and my other half is thousands of miles away, so reading the daily post have been my "support".

You guys are an amazing group and I wish you all success and greatness in your upcoming nuptials.

    xoxo

Welcome out of the Immigration Hell Closet. LOL..

    Thanks for speaking up.

Oh I see and did you get your noa2 yet where are you in the process ?

Hi , I don't want to assume anything so are your the male or female in the relationship and are you the American or the foreigner?

This info helps so that we can better understand your questions and the answer that we give if it is for the petitioner (American) or Beneficiary

    Thanks

    Hello ...

Finally after 137 days I got approved ... a suggestion on who has been waiting since October like me : my fiancé called them yesterday at CSC and they told them that we would have to wait at least one more month but they will also put a note in the system to check what happened with our application ... magically after few hours approved ! I think they suddenly realized that they forgot about us ahahahaha ....

Congrats, I believe I had just posted here a few days ago about your case being one of 2 that I found from back in September. The other couple didn't even have and RFE. Since your case had an RFE it means it was already assigned AND being worked by a specific person. By calling that did the job as it put the worker on noticed with the note they left for him/her.

Anyway nearly 5 months and now it's off to NVC.

    Happy Days.

No one should have to wait that long

    Glad you guys made it

Hello VJ family! Finally got my approval today when I checked the USCIS app. It was a busy morning at work and wasn't able to check the forum and app right away. Can't contain how relieved I am! Just couldn't share it with my fiance though because he just fell asleep :/

Hope everyone gets theirs soon too! It was an 86-day wait!

    Congrats Isabelleyri!

You and your honey will be together soon.

    Party time.

    Hey Jim!

Did you just save the file or went through the review and sent the file in? We completed it together and i am currently in Taipei and want to know if we can just send it in the DS 160.

    Thanks !

Well funny story. Back when was in the October thread someone encouraged another member to fill out the DS-160 before they even had a I-129F approval. I told them not to jump the gun as it seemed people were getting ahead of themselves AND I did not even know at the time it was possible to fill the DS-160 without NVC number. I did this all 2 years ago and waited till NVC before we did DS-160 BUT you don't have to wait. Just use your WAC number from your NOA 1.

Now having said that I would NOT recommend actually submitting it to the US embassy / state department yet.

What if you are like me and have no NOA 2 yet it could be months away still we just don't know.

The file can be saved and you just have to access it every 30 days other wise it will disappear.

So fill it out up to the point of signing then once you have your NVC number I would make visa payment (foreigner's country and submit the DS-160)

Also only the foreigner can sign the form on-line not the American but the American can help fill it out if needed.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you everyone! Jim, thank you so much for setting up this thread. I called her at work and she was just quiet. She said she was happy, but other than that was just quiet. She said she would call me later. Maybe she is in shock. I am very happy. Not shocked at all!

Congratulations to everyone who was approved today!

We will be part of this thread for a long time. First step down, lots to go!

She probably wants to shout but not make a scene since at work. You know how it is there.

Major hurdle for you both complete.

    Now the REAL fun begins.

No, I head back the 24th. I wish I could bring her home. I brought her a big suitcase when I came the first time and another this time. She will have two big ones to put clothes and whatever else in. I already asked her would she bring a lot of mix and stuff and she said yes :) We grow a garden at our house and we will add eggplant for her(by her request). I live an hr north of Atlanta but I am aware of a place in Atlanta and another about 50 mins north in Tennessee. I told her bring as much as she can so we don't have to travel to them for a while.

I still follow the thread. I am keeping an eye out for your approval.

Great plan. Having a garden is an wonderful idea. I'm sure you won't recognize it when she is done with it. I'm sure she will plant all of her favorites and cook some up for you.

Shots??? Did u apply for K1 visa? Its my knowledge and understanding vaccination is not required for K1 applicant's, it is requested before AOS. You are ENCOURAGED but NOT REQUIRED at time of examination for the Embassy :)

    https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/family/fiance-k-1.html

K visa applicants are encouraged to get the vaccinations required under U.S. immigration law for immigrant visa applicants.  Although such vaccinations are not required for K visa issuance, they will be required when adjusting status to that of legal permanent resident following your marriage. Applicants are therefore encouraged to fulfill these vaccination requirements at the time of the medical examination.

You will pay a LOT to have them done here in USA besides the medical fee in Philippines at least includes the price of all 5 shots whether you get them or not you pay for it.
