I know this information may have been said ,however i have a few questions my fiance and I was just approved on the 27th via app update and website so im waiting to call for our case number  maybe next week. first question once we receive our case number do we wait for a letter from NVC or can we schedule the doctors appointment? i need any and all help with the steps after approval i already have his folder to take to interview i just need to mail it to him. Ive completed the DS160 but im waiting on the case number to submit

it literally all just comes in so fast! NVC received our case so fast / assigned a # so fast / ready status SUPER fast / consulate received so fast & now here we are!

Woah, checking in here and all these approvals make an old September filer so happy    What an enormous patience you all possess, it still irks me how this process is so different for everyone, but I'm glad to hear September is still moving forward and I want you all off this island and into the NOA2-NVC forum asap. Fingers crossed that this week brings in your approval, @BK&MC, and of course the same for others still waiting.

i spoke to a friend of mine that husband worked last year in Homeland Security before being promoted out of immigration side. He told me yes all K1 visas go to CSC but they are multiple offices that work at different speeds. Some work faster than others. This  is why one person can call about their case and they say they are still on September 5th when the website says October. One office will be on September 5th but another will be on another date. It seems mine may have went to the backedupped office so in my case my office is the one still stuck at the beginning of September. 😩 So frustrating! I thought I would share....

the website doesn’t seem to have updated and the letter is dated April 28th

I have no criminal back ground in my life actually I have global entry access here and express entry in 2 other countries so I was completely vetted. My fiancé works in an industry in his country where he has to have clearance. If it’s the option of traveling a lot well that can be true because I’m a travel blogger and travel to multiple countries a year. I can understand that but at least don’t  give me a script that makes no sense. Also today the man didn’t even want to forward me to a Tier 2! He saidy case didn’t warrant it because I was still in processing time for my visa. I explained that it wasn’t true but he was a little combative so I said thank you and called back and was transferred to a Tier 2 where they put an inquiry in because it was past processing time. This is my 2nd inquiry. 

I called today and they told me they are Officially On September 1st! I’m so over this situation! I’m so glad I’m a travel blogger and will be traveling for a month to get my mind off all of this in a few weeks! And I’m 237 days BTW 😩

Received our Case # today!!!  

Yeah i understand its not of importance right now, however its def something I would be looking forward toO lol. I was actually trying to learn twi my dad says we have roots there, the Ashanti tribe. I am trying to learn his language because once we start having babies they will not all be speaking a language I don't understand, I refuse . But we try a little here and there but once he is here it will be easier to learn. He was strict on me learning when I was there.
