Good to know! I'm afraid to hand write in the boxes the form would not let me type it! so I think I will hand write in the boxes that the form wont let me fill out but also type in the addition info area and put it in the cover letter.

Very similar situation for us too!! I wish they were more consistent with if RFE/RFIE effect other applications or not as it's frustrating to see other people that had one get approved without it effecting them. But is great for them just wish I was one of the lucky ones! We will get through this!

I don't know which office I belong to, but my NOA says National Benefits Center. I guess my field office is Chicago. (if someone could explain me how this works I would appreciate! )

I found mine via the following link. After the search there was an envelope icon that I clicked on next to their picture. I haven't heard anything yet I think it's accurate at least I hope so. It may also depend on the office their in but I would think they all would have the same means of communication.

I'm still waiting for  both. I came in on a K1 visa. I live in Sacramento, Can (somehow I think this has something to do with it too, don't know why just a thought) I'm on day 91 today with no RFE/RFIE..

Where can you find the email for a congressman? I can only find a form for immigration issues to be filled out that needs to be faxed for my congressman

Well it's day 98 for my husbands EAD. I just got done sending our local congressman an email hoping he can help. I figure it can't hurt so why not! Here is hoping it does!!!

I'm not even allowing the negative comments to steal my joy. I got more information on my case than either myself or my lawyer would've obtained by calling. Do you think it's just a coincidence that peoples cases are either approved or receive an RFE after a call from a congressman's office. It means something. I'm not a person to sit back and just wait when they are behind on their estimated time to process a petition, because while you're waiting and hoping, I'm being proactive.

My husband am I are in a similar situation currently living with my parents, brother and his fiancée in a small 3 bed 1 bath house (6 people total) waiting for him to get his EAD so we can move out after he gets a job!! 
 
We are currently on day 93 so hopefully soon!

So today we got our letter in the mail about our EAD inquiry got what we expected "with in normal processing times" kinda already knew that but their letter said after 78 days to notify and submit an inquiry so that's what I did! Just following direction!
 
Today is day 87 so fingers crossed  for this week and for everyone else's EAD that still on hold and really close to 90 days. Especially for those that are over 90 day!! Let this week be a great one for all of us!!

Well it's been several days and no real update! Got my hopes up and smash!!! Looks like it was a fluke text update!! (I had already received one for current update so it was technically a duplicate)
 
put in an inquiry for his EAD so hopefully soon we know something!

So I belive we are hitting the 90 day mark for those that filed on or near the 1st of March. Which means hopefully the EADs start flowing in! Fingers crossed for everyone! Our month for EADs is finally here!
