update on my three children's case. In October i received a RFE for my youngest son (6yr old) asking for evidence of his two marriage certificates. My husband called them the tier 2 agent said she doesn't know how they could have made that mistake but we should resubmit my them as it was my husbands information that was mixed up. He had sent in his divorce documents and our marriage certificate with their application. We submitted the documents again an it took them 3 weeks in November to change from request for evidence back to regular my case was received. No notification to us that they received the certificates. On Friday December 14th we got a email notification that we were in initial review what ever that means but it consist of the same information we got on the NOA1. We called Monday an asked for an expedite an she said based on their mistake we can expedite on that basis, but we are still at normal processing time as its 9.5 months - 12 months.
