Yes I don’t remember years but I am in UK last 11years and not apply for visit visa between these years that’s I am 100% certain about it the visa refusal 15years ago those years I don’t remember and that time I have not sufficient fundings over here I work in gov department and got my own home don’t think u write harsh I need fair opinion it’s my help is don’t worry
ESTA asks if you have been denied a visa with a current or previous passport. So that question explicitly asks whether you, as a person (regardless of current or past citizenships), have ever been denied one.
QuoteHave you ever been denied a U.S. visa you applied for with your current or previous passport, or have you ever been refused admission to the United States or withdrawn your application for admission at a U.S. port of entry?

i am in the same boat as OP. do you know if you pay first, then schedule an interview? in my portal it shows no available slots for interview, but also no way to pay.
You have to pay first (and complete the application form) before you can schedule an interview.
If there's no interview date showing, you will have to wait for slots to open. It might just be a few minutes or up to an hour since lots of people cancel theirs and slots are continually being opened by the embassy in the far future.

Thank you. She got an interview appt on Feb 2023. Do you inow by chance how often we can check a schedule everyday? It says she almost reach the visit limit of the page. One more, how many times can we reschedule?
thank you
Once or twice a day is fine, anything more frequent might lock you out of the system for 3 days. You can only reschedule 2x before the system prevents you from rescheduling for 90 days. Then your payment will be voided (and you will have to pay another $160) after your 4th reschedule.

Sometimes there'll be no specific date shown because all appointments slots are already booked that far off the future (sometimes I see interview dates booked until October 2023). But just wait for a few hours or a day and new slots are opened as people cancel/reschedule their interviews all the time.

Did you get the payment slip from the official site?
https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/pmisdepositslip.htm?amount=160&country=philippines
Assuming she's applying for a B1/B2 visa, only that link generates an official payment slip for US visas.

We have evidence and proof that we have no intention on overstaying again. The problem is that it is so hard right now to get appointments at the embassy.
Thank you
If you are really that desperate, you can try flying into Mexico and stay there for 2 weeks then use your VWP privileges (ESTA is only required for tourists coming to the US by air/sea) to enter a land border. Of course, the CBP can still turn you back but this is your only legal path to enter the US without waiting for a visa appointment.
From CBP (https://help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-1132?language=en_US😞
If you are a citizen of a country that participates in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), and you enter the U.S. by land from Mexico or Canada, you are only required to complete the paper I-94W form at the land border crossing. ESTA is currently required for air and cruise ship travel only.
