Now that I am moving forward with plans to meet in Canada with my kids, I believe that is a better approach to move on with my journey to marry the love of my life and to heal from the heartache by looking forward. You guys are right that it will be so much more beneficial for me to get more face time and my family will finally be together as one.  
I just would like to add that I did submit a claim  with the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman U.S. Department of Homeland Security to address the code and interview denial issue, since it seemed there may have been a mistake in Lagos on reviewing my K-1 Visa petition. Who knows what they will say or do, but I am satisfied I tried every resort. (thanks to the advice from members that reached out to me from this site) After doing everything I can on my end, filing a case, reaching out to senators, asking questions, etc. I believe someone will look at the details of my case and review it accordingly. No need for a lawyer. In the meantime, I will keep everyone updated on the result. Its very interesting how my case got handled and then was given an unexpected denial code as a result. I really thought my fiancee would be banned the day he told me how everything went down. So I will let everyone know what I found out if I hear anything else regarding that K-1 visa petition that may just expire. Who cares anyway. I am going to CANADA!! . I dont get it! We were 100 percent denied with seemingly no chance. So why is it in Administrative Processing. Isnt it supposed to just be denied . 

I trust my fiancee more than any officer that has the power of ruining people's lives with the stroke of a pen without taking the time to really read my file through. The woman seriously acted like that and I dont have a single doubt otherwise. Of course I am not going to question my fiancee, we do everything together in this entire process. we both even learned it on our own together. You are wrong in telling me I need to consider he is the culprit of the issue. He hides nothing from me. You know for sure when you have true love and a trusting commited relationship from.both sides. We have been through too much to be able to even go there. When I originally posted I was quite upset. After getting my thoughts together my fiancee and I were able to have more conversations about what really happened. when he was telling me he was very upset too at fist so all i could hear was him ranting upset.  he said that woman did 40 interviews herself that morning and he was the last one. she saw the loads of paperwork I sent with him and told him herself she was tired. she was tending to another person still and told him to write a statement how we met which matched my I29F Application.  she hardly paid any attention to him and she grabbed it from him told him that he didnt meet me the date we met but he was able to show her the first emails with the date.  she started asking the normal questions.  then she saw my custody decree and instantly got on her computer to do  a search if i was married why she was complaining of my marriage history to him. She jumped to conclusion and instantly told him i was scamming and lying to him and i was divorced. she actually tried to convince my fiancee to believe her and not me.   This is just too much detail for me to make up and I do refuse to agree with your statement. simply put she shrugged him off and walked away while he was pleading to her that it wasn't true in any way and I was never married or divorced He tried to show her documents to prove but she refused to take or look at anything else. her decision was quick and she didn't give him a chance. 

I do not get why some people still try to use tribalism as fact pointers to human behavior and put people in a box that
if A happens B must follow. Though tribal customs have a very general impact, we as humans are very diverse and not all
fit this "thus says the custom of this or that tribe" book. I don't see what where he lives or what tribe
he is has anything to do with this issue. He went to Dubai. She said she did not want to travel to Nigeria. She should have
to satisfy the CO but that does not make him a scammer or evasive, it was her choice. There is no wahala.
She does chat with family. Though for visa purposes it is important as even the outdated filed manuals still dictate how a
Nigerian man is supposed to act to be legit, it is their yard stick. There are
way too many modern Nigerian men who could care less to have the whole family involved from day one and if they
are they can be all scammers as much as one who does not have the whole family chatting up a fiance.
Every couple has their individual preferences and in time it will naturally happen. I would feel totally weird if from early
in the relationship the whole family would urge me to chat with them, especially from the first hour/day as you stated.
Siblings, parents, uncles....oh heck no.That to me would be a red flag.
Carried over from Colonial days there persists this idea that people feel compelled to put all Nigerians nicely
sorted out into categories and state if you live there you are and do this, if you are of this tribe then you belong there and do that.
This is just not true for all Nigerians or should I say the African man.
Customs being customs, some abide by it and some do not.
Why do westerners always try to stereotype Africans and place them into a box of a certain custom.
It is for the OP to decide what the relationship means to her and all she wants to know is how to proceed.
No offense but I just wanted to voice my thoughts on this from my past experience of being immersed in the African culture
for many years and to me it is a disservice to categorize all Nigerians as thinking the same way about family, a fiance/wife
and all that comes with it.
 


 

I will quote it accordingly, when I was explaining what happened in the interview I was explaining the outcome in the words my fiancee personally spoke to me as his significant other, My intention was to stay truest to his account in how he explained it to me. He told me the color of her hair and her nationality because of course, as his wife to be, I am curious for simply the reason of wanting to understand more about who was interviewing my fiance and I want to know EVERYTHING that happaned as if I was there. Im in Alaska and he is in Nigeria, so communicating things from a far is all I have to go on. Nothing more, nothing less. There was no reference of anything to imply I was making a racial expression of opinion.

So I have emailed the embassy and both of my senators. I really hope i will be able to get this turned around quick, I really tried my best. I will let you know how it goes once I have a response. I also found out that my fiancee did not have a crazy out lash at the officer as well. I misunderstood him. He said that he did defend me when she called me a scammer and a liar and he wouldn't agree with her words and spoke his mind, the security was watching him as if he was waiting for him to react but my fiancee ended up walking out pretty upset but he held his composure. I almost kicked his but all the way from Alaska too when i heard his first account  But all is well  it seems.

I agree with you.  The comment wasn't nice.  
But please please do your self a favor.  Please stop defending and start think and planning how you can better this case for a new application.  6 days in 3 1/2 years is not sufficient, video is not the same as in person, chats and emails are not the same as spending time with someone.  
Is it common for a man in nigeria to marry a woman with a ready made family?  You must change up your line of thinking and start giving the embassy what they want.  That is how to succeed!   Go for a long visit, meet his friends, meet his family, take pics, spend actual facetime together.  Learn the customs and culture of Nigeria.  Plan on being present at the next interview.
I am only saying these things to you because I am trying to help you stay focused for success!!

Thank you everyone, after I am done crying and get my mindful strength back I will update every step from here because I do plan to fight immigration on every accusation against me. I am not a fraud by any means, I do feel better from all the support this forum gives and the treasures of advice. I feel like I am not alone and people actually know how I feel, so its comforting. My fiancee is so sweet he even told me we will apply again and he will live the rest of his life never giving up.  Hes trying to comfort me, sooo, i will get through it. I dont even freak out on my mother this badly lol. Thanks everyone for listening to me cry and plead for answers.  Maybe we can move to Canada LOL. jk.

Will Turbotax be updated to remove ACA mandate?
I read that the IRS will not be enforcing the individual mandate and I can leave block 61 blank.  Will turbotax be updated to allow me to not answer the ACA questions? The IRS didn't say that.  What they said is that returns without it will not be rejected if e-filed.  That doesn't mean that they won't compute it themselves, then bill you for it or offset your refund by it.
