Are they requesting your spouse attend the interview (assuming you’re filing on the 3 year rule).
Just curious as to having additional people there due to COVID etc!
Sorry for the late reply! As I understand from reading the appointment notice, the only additional person allowed to attend interview is a translator if needed.

Dec 10: Notice of reusing biometrics mailed out.

Hello everyone, finally got around to submitting N400 electronically on Nov 18. We are closest to Boston. Estimate is April 2021 (HA) here we goooo
-
I truly apologize if this has been covered before. I am filling out N-400 electronically based on 3 years marriage. It is asking for time outside the US for the past 5 years, so should I put the 2 years living in my original country before getting married or getting visa??

Has it ever happened to anyone that they got a "case was approved" notice AFTER getting a "new card is being produced" notice? (I.e., Friday I was told my new card was being produced, and today I was told case was approved - which seems backwards.)
Same thing just happened to us, thought it was strange too..
-
Finally! New card being produced today! Only 1 year and 3 months of waiting. Now onto N400 😵

Transferred to Potomac Feb 6th, nothing has changed since. We were originally Vermont, a friend of ours submitted weeks after us, ended up at Vermont also, never transferred and was approved over a month ago.

We are all (somewhat) close. We have NOA 5/2, biometrics completed early June 2019, and receipt number EAC1990-090-xxx.
We are EAC1990-091-xxx, biometrics completed June 12, transferred to Potomac Feb 6th. No word since.

Just got notice in the mail our case has been transferred from Vermont to Potomac. Good or bad?

Mailed package to USCIS April 29. Just received NOA with extension letter today.

Just update. Was stuck on "fingerprint fee received" since Feb 9. Status just changed to "card being produced" no interview. Your green cards are coming people!

I'm in the same situation. It says my fingerprint fee was received Feb 6th. How do you find out what your local office is?
Just call the uscis 800 and when you talk to a human ask them where your case is

I don't even even know if his case is at our local office. What number did you call to talk to an actual person?
Just the regular 800 number on uscis website. Had to press a few selections then got routed to human. Yea they told me that mine was at local office. If that's true who knows. Give them a call. Make sure the person the green card is for is at the phone because they need to give permission for You to talk to them

Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone knows how strict they are about when we can call inquiring about my husband's case? He has his EAD, but his green card status still says "Fingerprint fee received." No RIFE as of yet, NOTHING. Not a peep! Is it true we have to wait 6 months from our receipt date to call and place an inquiry? Is it possible they lost our packet? Is 800-375-5283 the number we call to speak to an actual person?
We are thinking of filing for AP if we haven't heard anything by August so he can go home for Christmas. Really disheartening. Any advice? Thanks.
Hey. I have the same situation with my wife. Fingerprint fee received Feb 9th with no change. Called last week. Said my local office still has cases from November so my time is still 4 months away before I can do anything other than wait

Sorry to hear that! Don't be too disappointed though. There are plenty of instances where the "ready to schedule interview" status is skipped and you go directly to "interview scheduled for".
What number did you call?
800-375-5283

Called uscis today for first time about AOS. Was hoping to hear case was at national with waiver. Lady said it was at local office and office still working on September cases friends of ours from same town as us already changed to ready to schedule interview even though they filed 4 months after us
-
Is anyone else Feb 9th fingerprint fee received? When I look on the app 1000's before and ahead of me have same status. Anybody have this who have had status changed yet??

You should calm down Did you get your NOA in the mail yet? If not, don't even worry about the bio appointment yet. Ours was received on 2/10 and it took 19 days to get our NOAs via text.

Hello Everyone,
My wife had her interview and passed Feb 11th in Boston. She said the interview took no longer than 15 minutes. Officer just asked to see her passport, green card and drivers license (of course we had a load of evidence if he asked). They spoke about COVID vaccines for a bit (wife is a pharmacy tech). He verified a couple things from the application (he made corrections to a couple mistakes). The only questions she remembered from civics was "name a state that borders Canada" and "name 3 of the 13 colonies". Then he went over the yes and no questions and recommended approval. Received status update the next day that oath schedule has been mailed. That's a wrap ladies and gentlemen!
