Well, which petition are you using as your eligibility.. That's the one you send to.

They are your papers. You are entitled to them.
 
It's most convenient to file them together but if you want you can file them separately. If you do you'll have to include a copy of the NOA1 from the i-485 with the i-131 and -765 applications in order to waive the fee.

Well I think there's a pretty large fee for a new approval notice, but perhaps there is a way to find out the priority date by contacting them. Good luck

Priority dates are found on the approval notices of approved petition for the family member in question.
 
Also, your income is enough. If you google i-864p you will find a link to the uscis website with the PDF containing present poverty lines depending on household size.

It's not a stupid question.
The website often lags behind -- or fails to report at all -- what's really happening.
If things last much longer, set an InfoPass appointment. Keep the faith.

Hey! I remember you from back in 2014! You responded to some of my posts in the June 2014 AOS thread
Anywho - good luck on the service request. I would acctually urge EVERYONE that has not received their bio appointment letter within 30 days confirmed receipt of their I-751 - to call in and file a service request. It seems something is not working properly at CSC, looking at rt1012's experience as well. A service request also documents that you have not received any comms from them in case of any issues later.

You need to bring the letter with you. It has a barcode and all info about your case that they need. If you go for a drop-in, you need to bring the original letter as well. Seems like you are on track tho and should have something from them this week. If not, make sure they have your address right.

That is strange, what did you file for? it could be that your case was transferred to another dept.

I called again today, they finally gave me a receipt number, which I track and was on the system, the rep also put in a service request to have them resend the NOA. as for Biometrics, the Rep told me it hasn't be scheduled yet, so hopefully. I get both soon.
