Applied on 12/6 for mom, let the waiting games begin!
-
Oath ceremony scheduled today for November 2nd (Dallas), 8 days after interview with my case recommended for approval the same day. Not sure if the folks which got the no decision verdict would be in the same timeline, hopefully yes. Wish everyone here the best of luck and hang in there a bit, we're all getting close to the goal, stay strong people!

No. Usually that's how they do in Nj. Same day Oath
I'm in Dallas, not sure if they will automatically do the same. Please Dallas folks that had a same day oath tell us your experiences! Thanks!

This too is a neck breaking speed lol for a field office with 13.5 months to complete 80% of the cases. Congrats!!
They’re probably already working on the new cycle times (6 months for a N-400). A friend of mine had an I-140 approved in less than 3 months too, it looks that the neck breaking speeds are happening across the board

Whaatt? Is that good or bad?
I came back on so, I think we're still in the "normal" state lol. USCIS measures will be fully rolled out by the end of FY 23 but not sure how the phasing is gonna work. I know I-765 are the first ones to be rolling and premium processing for I-140/I-129 will be the last ones, assume that N-400s will be somewhere in the middle

Any update March fillers?
the 12 months ETA disappeared from my USCIS account, at the same time that USCIS announces improvements to diminish backlogs

Question: does your receipt notice (the one you get online right after filing) show a Priority Date? or is the Priority date blank?
Priority date is inconsequential at this point, we only need that date if you're a preference relative and have to check the visa bulletin for an available visa number.
In our case, received date is the time stamp USCIS uses to process applications as they come (rarely happens that way)

Great! have you heard something of N-400 processing times? Is it going relatively fast?

Applied 03/17/2022 (Online), received both NOAs for case and biometrics within 30 minutes and got physical receipts on 03/21/2022. Estimate to get a decision was 19 months first and then changed to 13 months, both are way out of whack with average processing time for 90% of cases (6-8 months). Field Office is Dallas, TX, which is really located in Irving lol. Has anyone checked the possibility of a same day oath ceremony? What it is dependent on?. Good luck everyone and let the waiting games begin!
