  1. "Fired: The FEMA supervisor, accused of ordering her subordinates to bypass homes with Trump campaign signs in Florida, has been fired!" This could be criminal.....absolutely a civil suit is in order.
  2. Nothing you posted suggests fraud on her part. Marriages sometime fail. Good luck. I hope you can find peace and happiness for yourself.
  3. No. You could have pulled your I-864 any time prior to the approval of the I-485. Now, your only recourse is refusal to file a joint I-751. Her immigration path will be up to her. As stated by @K1visaHopeful, your I-864 is still in effect. It will be in effect until any of the following: 1. She becomes a US citizen or; 2. She leaves the US and loses LPR status or; 3. She has obtained 40 quarters of work credit or; 4. Death
  4. If you are thinking about DCF, do NOT submit an I-130 online. Consulates are not authorized to process I-130s if one has been submitted to USCIS. Note: Consulates are authorized, at their discretion, to process I-130s locally if there are exceptional circumstances. However, they do not have that discretion if an I-130 has been submitted to USCIS.
  5. People who overstay their visa for 1 year or more receive a 10 year ban from entering the US. I would consider leaving soon.
  6. Supposedly, they are going after illegal criminals first, but I wouldn't want to be out of status with Tom Homan coming aboard.
  7. Those fees do not apply to K-1 cases. Those fees are paid at NVC for immigrant visa cases only. A K-1 is classified as a non-immigrant visa.
  8. Tom Homan will be "Border Czar"! This guy is extremely serious about getting the border under control and illegal criminals out of the US.
  9. Yes, we submitted all these with the online application.
  10. You are out of status and deportable. You have been out of status for about 8 months. As @Lil bear said, you should return to home country. As you have been out of status for more than 6 months, it appears you will receive a 3 year ban when you leave.
  11. When did you enter the US?
  12. No. The officer just wanted to see the ADIT stamp she used to enter the US after her extension letter expired. He also wanted to see a "paper trail" of documents showing that we lived together and shared our life from the time we submitted the I-751 until day of combo interview.
  13. My wife did not take an I-94 for our combo interview. The officer wanted to see her passport and ADIT stamps.
  14. The petitioner can request an expedite for anything. Requesting an expedite is free of charge. However, it is normally not granted unless there is a hardship for the petitioner. Good luck on your journey. Note: The petitioner submits the I-129f. A petitioner does not submit an application for a K-1 visa.
  15. I don't see a time exemption listed here: Exceptions and Accommodations | USCIS
  16. I also find it odd that Harris and Biden congratulated Trump on his win. Would you congratulate Hitler, a threat to Democracy? I am looking forward to the "no tax on Social Security". That will put a big dent in my income tax liability!!!!!
  17. I would not trust that answer. Repeated illegal entries can be very serious. Lying on an immigration form can be disastrous.
  18. It's very odd that Biden and Harris are no longer calling Trump a "threat to Democracy" or a "fascist". Instead, Biden is saying everything will be OK. Harris is saying we live in a democracy. Maybe.....just maybe, they never really thought Trump was such a threat. That is called incitement.
  19. Good luck on this segment of your journey. There is light at the end of the tunnel. The citizenship segment is much easier.
  20. ***Old thread locked as OP has not returned in quite some time****
  21. Because if the package arrives even 1 day early, USCIS will reject it. Believe me, you don't want to go through the hassle.
  22. Yes, but wait several days after the window has opened.
