Try to use that phone number, maybe you will be able to find someone who could help or at least advise?

@msdynamite I have noticed that your field office is San Antonio and if that is your closest office I have to warn you that they don't do walk-ins. Here, check it yourself. There is a phone number that might help you though. Good luck!

I got an email this morning letting me know that I should check my USCIS account because they took an action on my case, but when I logged nothing new was there ... weird.

Got a question for you all especially the ones that have been around for a while. When the 10 year greencard came in, it had a different date under "Resident since:" by 1 day different from the 2 year conditional one. In other words, 4/6/17 was on the first one and then the 2nd one which I just received a few days ago, has 4/5/17 on it. What I worry about is that the N400 application was submitted with the 4/6 date as that was what was on the greencard. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Why would they just change the date by a day all of a sudden?
I would assume that they made a mistake. They did that with my 2 year GC, they issued me the 10 year GC instead of 2 year. I had to correct that, had to go through entire process again,it was a mess. I am not trying to scare you, but maybe you would want to check that with your local office.

That estimated wait time is for them to work on your case after your submition and at this point it also means that after that time they will send you a NOA that they have accepted your application. Biometrics NOA comes afterwards.

BTW the weird part is that my BIO was for the replacement of the GC (my GC was stolen while I was abroad last December 🤬) not for the N400 but still there was a change in Estimated time. Hey, I'll take it LOL!

My Estimated time for case completion moved from Sept 2020 to July 2020, WOOT!
Also I would like to ask all new filers to add themselves into the sheet that is in my signature, so that all of us can be in one place. Thanks!

My estimated case completion is May 2020.
I sure hope they ask for my i751 to be transferred (even though I uploaded what I submitted last year for that).
I’m excited that it could be done so soon, and terrified that I’ll do the n400 stuff and then sit in limbo still waiting on the i751.
I know a few cases similar to yours and USCIS had both cases merged and resolved at the same interview.

You can find more information on our REAL ID website. We hope to see you soon!State of Texas started issuing Real IDs in October 2016, so I already have one. But thank you for the clarification, we were wondering what that star represents.

Hi, it says national benefits center in Overland Park KS, it’s confusing...
Mine too, that would be a center in Kansas.

Oh, ok, do you know where to see which processing center assigned to the case?
Yes, if you open your receipt you will find in the bottom left corner the processing center.

Update: Scheduled biometrics appointment. I can't see when though, it'll take couple of days for the document to show up online.

Super dumb question, but if I file online, do I have to do it all in one session?
Ideally, I’d like to fill out the application questions ASAP, and then add in the documents after, without losing the progress on the questions.
You don't have to do it all in one session. You have a month to finish it up and you wont lose your progress (even the questions part). You just pick up where you stopped last session.

Update on my case. Estimated time for the completion of the case is September 2020.

Pozdrav i hvala. -

No, ispalo je super.
Cestitam!!!

No, still says August 2020. Estimated time 6 months. I guess that's it. Honestly that is not bad, it used to be much longer.
